I will recommend you to learn first and then start the trading and try to collect free coins from faucets and participate in bounties from here you can get free coins. And after learning you can start trading.

Bounties are OK (although not all of them). But I would strongly recommend against visiting the faucet sites, as they are a waste of time and effort. The rewards are not big enough and using the same time you can earn a greater number of coins from other sources.
your suggestion is not quite right because in faucet site will not be able to get big result.

That's exactly what I said. The rewards from faucets are not big enough. Also, you need to wait 2-3 months in order to reach the threshold. And even then, there is no guarantee that you will receive the coins.

Hey, as you know already from the title, I'm new to Bitcoin, I would like you to help me by telling, where to buy, when to buy, where to sell, when to sell, things like that.
Important: I'm 17 years old, some methods may not work if I don't have 18, and that's what I have noticed.
I hope you can help me get started.  Wink

Edit: Thank you guys, your information is helping a lot, I already have a wallet, feel free to help me Smiley 1KnWzEdJgAmE3rB3Xax8sDfydnikguxrhh

Well, there are several ways for you to know more about Bitcoin. But first you should know what is Bitcoin first and what is its purpose. Bitcoin isn't just your ordinary currency, it is different from fiat. There's a lot of information and articles about Bitcoin in the internet so maybe you should start there. Next is getting some Bitcoin. There's a lot of basic ways to earn it, from faucet, buying from exchanges, or engaging in some of the services and activities here. But remember, never trust anyone in the internet specially when it comes to Bitcoin transactions because there's a lot of scams now a days.

To be able to buy and sell (trading) Bitcoin you need a lot to learn about the process.
You can take advantage of the Bitcointalk.org Forum as a learning medium.
To start you need to create a Bitcoin wallet first, to save your Bitcoin.
Furthermore, you can buy Bitcoin when the price decreases, and sell it when the price has risen sharply.
Keep in mind, in trading requires a good strategy and keep the fighting spirit, do not easily give up.

You must be patient and hardworking to be able to get started on bitcoin. Do your own research learn about the history of bitcoin, how you can earn from bitcoin, learn how exchanges work and how to trade and how you can keep your bitcoin safe. You only need a stable internet connection and you are good to go. Good luck!

First of all you need to learn more about bitcoin either in other sites or even on this one you may have to read the posts and replies people make they will really help you. Second you need to interract to by either posting subjects just like you did or by replying to post or even by replying to replies. When you get ranked (60 activities 10 merits) you will be able to do some bounties or participate in some signature campaigns it won't be a lot but for a 17 year old I think it could help.

I suggest you have to work for your high rank first. Higher ranks will give you a high privilege in this forum and will help you earn more money. I would not advice you to buy tokens from altcoins because most of them are either unsuccessful or a scam. If you want to buy, buy cryptos like ethereum, ripple, and litecoin. In selling, the only thing you got to remember is never panic sell but if your coin came from an ICO, it is better to dump your coins immediately.

I think a good start can be participation in bounty compaigh, perhaps buying bitcoins for a small amount. You can invest in both the short term and the future.

Generate investment funds and monitor the crypto market for a while to figure out strategies and see coins that support the trend. That was my start. And before starting, you need to master the required wallet and trading platform

I think for new players like you better to learn first how bitcoin movements and what affects bitcoin prices because I think if you are trading and playing bitcoin but have no knowledge it seems you will find it hard to make a profit.

To start a bitcoin business you should learn all the bitcoin knowledge. You should ask a few friends who have participated in bitcoin so they can share their experiences with you. You must update your daily cryptocurrency market to see how the market is going to perform in order to effectively market your bitcoin.
