Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Recap: PAL to Collaborate with QTUM

In May, PolicyPal Network and the Qtum Foundation, ranked 27th on CoinMarketCap (as of 3 September 2018), announced our upcoming partnership. PolicyPal Network is proud to be collaborating with such an innovative and fast-moving blockchain project. Without a doubt, positive synergy will be found in this partnership. In order to better understand what this partnership entails and to learn a bit more about QTUM, read on below!

It is nice to see that they decided to partner up, but what exactly can they bring to each other? What will Policypal provide to them?

Mate, they explained details in this article. PolicyPal will insure QTUM wallet and users of the Qtum wallet will be able to easily obtain decentralised insurance products offered by PolicyPal Network. Youcan read in detail in article above.

You move to stable coin to retain your fiat value genius.. when you want to use it to fund something then you exchange it to fiat of btc or eth or whatever... If you leave your eth you just lost over 90% of what you contributed.. Only morons would leave all of their ico money in crypto. It's call business management.. All those ico's that won't make it did exactly that they did not sell a portion of their eth into fiat so now they have jack to show for and can't keep on developing..

ICO contribution should have been converted into a stable coin. Why risk those funds while in development mode. That contribution was meant for the project not for speculation..

You haven't look into a development while most of investors are really looking for fast money while the others are for long term value. That was the two types of investors a holder and a quick bucks move. All Ico's are in developing don't get me wrong, i know others have a working product and still when they go into this place a blockchain system they will undergo in development which is not the idea of investing.

thinking about moving pal to a mew wallet from exchange but worried about tokens being stuck in limbo for a long time due to the eth network being clogged. Is the wait time long? I heard people have to wait days... is this true?

Really depends... but usually doesn't take quite a lot fo time to send the tokens to mew. It took me less than an hour last time.
