Trading is a very complicated matter wherein enough knowledge and experience is a must.  Newbie is a rank position in bitcoin which means new participant.  But this doesn't mean that you are not qualified to trade.  If you have been trading before you enter in cryptocurrency, definitely you already have an idea about it.  You only have to practice more to enhance your idea and to see the difference between the traditional and cryptocurrency trading.  But if you really don't know anything about the entire crypto trading, I should say, don't take the risk yet.  Observe, study, and research first before you try.  Then it's up to you if you are now ready to roll the dice.

May I suggest expanding insight/knowledge on how trading works, do researches on the charts and techniques that can be used in before investing.  Simply apply the basic, buy at the low price and sell with the higher price and never invest all your coins in a single project.

Yes a newbie should trade provided he has the required knowledge and basic information about Bitcoin. One needs to research on the technology and needs to know the tricks one needs to do the trading before entering the market.

If you have some extra money than actually buy some good altcoins and keep it for a longer term because currently after the market correction the prices have fallen though it has started to rise.
