The IRC channel used to connect clients is no longer accepting colossuscoin connections.

Code:
IRC SENDING: NICK u7r6iEcbNbMhwA3

IRC SENDING: USER u7r6iEcbNbMhwA3 8 * : u7r6iEcbNbMhwA3

IRC :irc.cccp-project.net NOTICE AUTH :*** No Ident response
IRC :irc.cccp-project.net NOTICE u7r6iEcbNbMhwA3 :*** Banned Temporary K-line 4320 min. - [G][netsec] [u7r6iEcbNbMhwA3!~u7r6iEcbN@CPE-************.juk3.wel.somewhere.net: u7r6iEcbNbMhwA3] has been matched to a known bot pattern r#393 (Bitcoin Clients - http://s.rizon.net/peercoin)

The warning was also given here https://github.com/Sudo23/Infinitecoin-V2/issues/35

For some reason I have still got permissions to the github to I pushed the commit, the new client needs to be built.

https://github.com/Sudo23/Infinitecoin-V2/commit/2f78aba3ee2813a094a90626e98f50e2a19fe283

Your clients will start talking through IRC again.

This problem also exists in ADT and STAR.

You really need to add a new checkpoint server with new key and wallet.

So i'll go back to my scammer tag while I continue to do these unthanked works as I have done in the last 8 months for this community. As I said the communitys full of fucktards and scammers i.e. Hippie Tech.

You silly idiots would rather have a whinging vegetation that contributes fuck all than a decent person that had continually helped, saved and protected millions of dollars of your investment.

Wow I'll bet you build a great community of supporting customers and consumers with that attitude and language! LOL

And with your trust rating compared to HippieTech's, you are OBVIOUSLY more trustworthy, reliable, and honest than he is. Hahahaha

But seriously, you're a douche.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I will talk to maxpower who has compiled the Colossuscoin Mac OS X wallet and get back to you.

If you leave the wallet open on your Mac, it should start to connect to Colossuscoin network nodes and then synchronize with the block chain.
If that doesn't work, please check your Colossuscoin.conf file. This should be at the following location: Mac OSX - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Colossuscoin/colossuscoin.conf

Update

I am now working with a local Software Development Team here in Vancouver.

The first projects we will be working on is fixing the IRC and stability followed a change to the fee system to 0.1% on all transactions in which 75% will go to the Development Fund and 25% to be paid to investors. We can also look into shortening the staking reward times from 30 days down to 10-14 days.

A change to the fee system is beneficial because investors will get interest through staking as normal, plus a portion of fees from all transactions, it will also provide funding for all future projects and can be adjusted through concensus of the community. Donations do not work effectively so we believe that this is a more balanced way to provide upgrades for the Community.

Further projects will include a relaunch of the Blockchain to recover all lost coins, an android wallet, integrating forums into the client and faster transaction times as well as many other further reaching projects.

They are going through the Github this week and will provide us with quotes for the stability and Development Fund changes at our meeting next week.

If you would like to be more involved in the process and have your say in what changes will be made, you can be part of the process here

Hiya!

I have a problem with my wallet. It stakes well but when I want to send a coin, it is refused because my balance=0. How do you do to move an amount of coins from staking to "available"?

Thanks for the answer

Staked coins must wait 70 blocks before they can return to balance and be spent. When you generated this proof-of-stake block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain.
If it fails to get into the chain, it will change to "not accepted" and not be a valid stake- once your CPU computes the Stake it will release it out of Stake and you will gain Interest on that full amount.
Hope this helps. Cheers -Sudo

Thx for your reply. So that's normal that all of my coins are in the stake and not in the balance? What happens when the stake is finished? Doesn't a new one begin? And how much time does it take per block?

As long as they staking everything should be fine. You can check your stake amount with command line getinfo (help>debug window>console). All coins in the Colossuscoin network collect coin age. Your stake is calculated from this coinage, measured by last transaction, and multiplied with the amount of coin (time * coins).  When you keep coins for 15 days minimum age, they are old enough to start the minting process and you can mint 0.5% of your input. If you transfer coins into your Colossuscoin Wallet, it will also take at least the minimum age of 15 days for them to produce stake. The maximum age a coin can have is 30 days, after this the coin does not age further. When a block is minted, your new coins will be unspendable for a period of 70 blocks.
To put it in a nutshell--> Colossuscoin Stake Age: 15 Min Days /30 Max Days/ 0.5% Staking-Reward.

Thx for your reply. So that's normal that all of my coins are in the stake and not in the balance? What happens when the stake is finished? Doesn't a new one begin? And how much time does it take per block?

Thx again for your answer. So if I get it, all of my coins are stuck in my wallet for 15 days at least and I cannot spend any coin during that time. I don't see the point of having a coin that you can't spend. I would have understood that only the coins generated would have been unspendable but here it's all of my coins that are stuck, even those that weren't generated. A coin that you can't spend is not a currency imo.
