not sure but i dealt by tabbing open google translate and copy pasting to manuever around. Not too bad...pretty easy |

How much did you withdraw from them and when? Is it still is processing status? I withdrew ~ 5-6x times ~ 50-100 millions, most of them had several hours delay until arrived. I think they simply dont have COL in their wallet. |
