I have read through some of the forms and have a few questions, which i will try and sum up in point form.

- So basically ADT and COL both do not have any active dev's?  Where ADT has two people helping, but are not dev's while COL has no
one?

- Wallets not syncing? (My COL wallet appears to have synced up, but i have my coins on cryptsy so i may send a few 100 to see if they transfer)

- No POW left, so it is relying purely on POS

- POS is basically mining for interest on your coins? (is that right) but there is not enough people doing POS to keep the network "hash" high enough?  Not sure if that is even close to being right as i never did get the whole POS concept of its functionality lol.

mudafuda abandoned COL

jag is still around but i mainly look after ADT ( jag is ment to be the dev )

POS is intrest on your coins the best bet is look on wikapida as it has far more info that i can put on this post

both coins have the same issue once i have got ADT fixed i will see what i can do about getting COL fixed

if someone can get the comunaty together to decide what they want i will take a look and see what i can do to help

i would suggest a plan based of the ADT plan Smiley

Anyone know how to help speed up transactions.

My wallet is upto date and has synced (although that took some time)

I've transfered some coins about 2 hours ago and not 1 confirmation yet.

I was looking to start mining it to help speed things up but as it's POW is that still possible?

Do you have to do anything with your client to allow it to help process transactions or does it do it automatically when open?

It's been at a Satoshi since it hit coinedup. I bought a bunch hoping they'd go up in value, but sadly not.

Just have to wait, whats goying on!

IF you guys would like to revive COL...
MuddaFudda was requesting donations which he never got.
If he truly abandoned COL altogether, then I do not think he should be allowed to have any other coin on the exchanges (MEM).

I think this is Cryptsy's rule.

either way...
Donate to MuddaFudda fund or watch it go down the tubes unless ADT admins will take it over.

Another suggestion would be the Merged mining of ADT and COL.  Combine the 2 coins into 1 miner and mine both coins at once.

OH and another thing... if the DEV really wants to get a donation for his coin...
Why not program that in the client?

I think 0.1% of the transaction would be fair as a DEV fee.

And those who remove the code to compensate the dev from the source code, their transactions would fail and their mining would fail too since when running checks with other clients, it would not find the DEV's address in the transaction and would ban and ignore that client.

I am all for DEVs to collect their share of their coins... IF the pool owners can request 2% for their share, why can't Devs program it in their clients to ensure they get compensated fairly too.

In this day and age, Bitcoin and Altcoins = Greed.  You don't want to part with your Coins.

MuddaFudda, if you really want to get paid... consider programming this into COL.  After all, you have made such a coin Colossal

We need to avoid this copy n paste disfunctional coin mad man. WTF are you thinking ? lolz.. By my guesstimation, he has dozens of alts with more sprouting up every day/week.

He has made a fortune while many an investor and miner have been forked by his set up to fail ponzi junk.

Glad to hear the COL markets will be opening back up on Cryptsy soon  Grin.  Thought it was a bit odd they just disappeared all of a sudden, despite the low price they were actually trading decent volume.
