If you have already strong foundation and knowledge  in bitcoin why not leave your job? In bitcoin you are only sitting with your smartphones, laptop or desktop and you are already earning money..

Yeah, that can be and also if you're not a family man I mean you don't have somebody to feed and it's all you then maybe you can take the risk and go on with the crypto life.
I bet eveeybody loves to work at your own space and time, you can work wearing your PJs without need to take a bath. In short it's very comfortable for someone to work like this but you should be reminded that you can't get the pay check anymore.

I just quit my office job to have full time in crypto world. I split my time of day to work manything: doing bounty campains, researching good crypto to invest, trading 3 - 4 times per week (not day trading) and may be next time i'll  learn about mining.
Anyone who has been off work like me can share your experiences?
In my opinion, quitting office job in  exchange of being full time in trading depends on the person's job and life situation.  My husband just do not renew his contract last December 2017 because he wanted to pay more attention on his crytos.  At first, I found it unpractical so we argue and I encouraged him not to do it.  But upon explaining his situation considering the fact that the earnings he got from his office work in a certain college here in our province is just break even to our expenses plus the time of travel he consumed from work going home leads him to forlorn his crypto accounts and he cannot engage in any campaigns, investing and trading where he computed that we loss our possible chance of earnings because of that.

His bitcoin and altcoin earnings now is greater than what he received from his former office job plus he can give more family time to us so, I still support him with his decision of leaving his office job into crypto jobs.

Good ob brother,  very soon I will do this Wink
It is better to play a safe game rather than taking this much of risk in your life. If you are having some full time job with good salary, then there is no point of taking this much of risk in your life. You can go for trading by doing the job too at the same time.

There is no need to quit your job. In fact, you need to manage your time in a way that can then help you in getting more money by both the sources thus resulting in better life.
The decision of leaving your day job is dependent on many factors. If a crypto investor is having already very stable financial status or else is doing great at crypto market, has earned very good profit formerly and is pretty sure about his good performance here, only then he should take this decision.

We all know that unemployment is very common and worst problem of today’s world. There are certain cases where people left their job and doing great in crypto.

That what i am planning also but i need to settle first some savings and put a small business through my earnings in Bitcoin and Bounty hunting. Spending time in bounty and trading for good coins will give good returns than what my salary can offer.  good luck for your decision I hope I can do the same soon.

I knew a bunch of people that basically quit work in 2009 or basically stopped looking for employment in 2009 because they made "killer" profits trading the stock market.

For those of you who don't recall. There was a stock market crash in 2007-2008. In March 2009 it started to rebound and go up.

Basically half of my buddies were all looking for work. Instead of staying around and doing nothing we decided to play with the stock market.

Basically we all made alot of money because you could of bought anything back then. We were making more trading than we did at our old jobs.

However in mid 2010 it all changed, the markets started to trade sideways and pretty much most of our gains were gone and we all started looking for employment again.

Its good idea to leave office work for online unpredictable job like bitcoin.
But everybody has different goal, for me its very risk decision when you leave your office job but it can be the start of our success because going out from comfort zone. Who knows.

I did have a thought of doing it before but as I take the path or the career I'm into now, It's not ideal to solely rely on something in which we don't or at least limited control over with. Trading is a good source of income, though the industry is unpredictable. There would be times that the rates will fall (we don't normally have a control on it), even how well prepared are we there are also times that we will be caught off guard and worst cryptos suddenly exit the market. Having that said If one solely relies on let's say to crypto and this case happen then surely he/she will be in no time, broke.

This is why having a regular job is still recommended and make trading as another source of income. Well, In a bigger picture you could actually do both and it's more beneficial to you.

it's your choice, you quit your job would be ready with all the risk if switching in cryptocurrency. you can set the time and work hard in cryptocurrency so you can get a great profit in cryptocurrency so you feel no loss out of work and get big profit.
for myself I have not dared to quit my job and focus on cryptocurrency, because it's still under contract at work and maybe I'll think about going out and focusing on cryptocurrency.

Yes, crypto is very profitable, I have a lot to get to the profits. But i can't say that your decision is right because crypto can't make you professional. Yes while you left your job then do full time campaign and trading which will make profitable.

Thanks for your sharing from the perspective of a wife Cheesy and now you are in too right? lol

She is in, that is a sure thing when she is active here on forum. Nice life story, and after so many questions how much someone can earn with bitcoins my answer always was how much effort and time you give to bitcoins, that much you can earn, more effort and time more money. I'm saying that to people I know for a long time, but they didn't believe me, now when popularity is much higher they ask me what to do and how.
I still didn't quit my job and go full in crypto, I think that one day I will regret about it. I could do much more with full time here, then with combination real work and crypto.

I don't think this is wrong choice for anyone to educate himself of crypto and leave his job and spend full time to educate him self of crypto. I think you had a good choice. if you can spend all your time to work in the crypto world, you can get much profit. I really wanna quit my job but I cant. I have to take care my babies and I am not confident enough to give up my salary.

I believe that whatever activity one engages in the Crypto space should be seen as a passive income or otherwise ~ "extra money". The wealth from the crypto space may be said to be experimental because the crypto market is highly volatile. It's not everyday we get to see a "10x", "20x", or even an "100x" ico/trades.

So for me, It's best to do both. A full time job and of course, Crypto.

Ehy would anyone do such a thing. Cryptocurrency is promising and you could become a dreamer as a result of your activities in cryptocurrency.  Nothing is guarantee in cryptocurrency  and if you have monthly financial responsibility to yourself and your family,  you should get a job that will cater for your need.

In a newbee like you, I think you need more experience, unless that account is not your main account. I see a strong potential on you that you can earn lots of money. I guess it depends on the people whether they quit their job to work on cryptocurrency or do them both at the same time. But if you would ask me, I would not leave my job and if possible, I would do them both at the same time because working with a job gives you a more stable income.

Its not advisable if you're supporting a family. A day job gives you consistent profit and that can't be said about trading. Unless you have a pretty big savings to use as capital. If not, then it will probably be harder to focus on earning through trading than earning from an office work.

I agree with this advice here from the Hero Member, if you have a family or  mortgage or large credit cards debt, then it is not advisable to trade crypto full time. The issue is that crypto earrings are just too unpredictable from day to day. What if Bitcoin continues to go down for months?  In a bull market everyone is a genius and everyone makes money, but I think the low hanging fruit has already been picked from crypto.

I would keep your day job and trade crypto part time to the best of your ability and grow your capital until your portfolio is so large you no longer need to work anymore.

For those who really want to leave their job my advice would be, don't leave yet unless you have some fund or other sources aside from cryptocurrency,
for example if you do have your own business or family then it is okay if you have plan to leave for as long as you have an existing one, but if you don't have then at least make ways for you to have other source of income.

You would not be the first one to take this step, there are already people who have left their jobs because of crypto currencies especially bitcoin followed by some famous altcoins such as ethereum, litecoin and waves. Making money in crypto market is not about physical strength rather this is totally a mind game. You need to stay as cool as cucumber under unfavorable circumstances for avoiding wrong decisions.

If you are not happy with your work you can leave your job for crypto trading. However, I will not recommend this to someone who doesn't have savings. You really need a lot of money before making a decision because there are times that you won't earn money on trading. Prices of alternate coins takes weeks or even months to increase so it will be hard for you if you rely on the money earned from trading. If its me, I'll still keep my job because of the regular income. I can still trade when I got home so its like hitting two birds with one stone.
