A very similar situation that most of the gamblersr here are sharing, we can't stay that long without any form of gambling in our activities. We can survive for a while but at the very end, we still gamble.

In a few weeks ago, I am trying to stay away from gambling, and I can do it although now I come back to the gambling site but not to play, to see if there is a new game to play. But if there is no new game, then I am trying to play dice game which is easy to play for me. But I still trying to not staying for a long time in the gambling site because it's easy for me to try to play the games and lose some money and I don't want it to get lost. I give my greetings to every people that can stay for a long time without gambling.

If you really want to save your money without restricting from going to gambling by lessening your bet amounts and the number of bets you were doing so you can be saved even if you lose some bets and try to control it on the games which can make you to realize the real intention of games and someday you also can get contented with the adrenaline and get stay away from gambling forever when you want.

I always use small money in the gambling game because I know that I don't have a good chance to win much money. While I gamble, I can control myself not to spend more money that I can afford, and I can stop in any time. I don't need to push myself to try more in the next round. And if I try to continue the game, I will lose more money. Besides that and I will leave the game if my money is almost run out. In the other days, I can hold myself to not playing gambling because I was doing another thing in my real life, so I don't have to visit the gambling site on that day if I don't have free time.

Gambling for me is just a way to entertain myself for a short amount of time and I spend only a little amount during these sessions. At first I was playing to make money but I realised very soon that you cannot win in gambling so I started to limit myself and now I don't play a cent more than my planned budget.

If I happen to win during the session good , if not still good because I play for fun.

Don't play gambling for a year? Wow, you must have a big control of yourself because not all people can stay without gambling for a year especially if they are always play gambling every day and it needs more than controlling yourself.

Every week or even everyday is fine as long as you stay on your own limit on each play. It is better than you play once a month or even once a year but you play over your own limit. They key is your own limit and yourself, no matter how often you play, as long as you stays on your limit then it wont be bad thing for you.

Even if you are playing in demo mode losing no money at all, you still can lose a lot of your time, and that thing should be avoided too. For example, some poker tournaments can last for 3 hours or even longer, and if you decide to participate in more than one of such tournaments during one day, I think it's too much. Gambling is a good entertainment, but constantly entertaining yourself is not what life is all about.

This is not a good sign for you as you seems to be getting addicted to it or already addicted and in coming time it will only get intense and if you do not have money in between you will start borrowing form people as you would not be able to stay without it. Try to control and divert your mind into something else.

This is not a good sign for you as you seems to be getting addicted to it or already addicted and in coming time it will only get intense and if you do not have money in between you will start borrowing form people as you would not be able to stay without it. Try to control and divert your mind into something else.

I don't know how will I interpret his post, is he lying or is it the truth? Being addicted into one thing is a sin since you are being pleasured by it making yourself greedy to it. If you are really in this state, it is better if you will be having a therapist that will help you. You can also talk to your family, you father, your mother or your partner maybe to push you through to your problem.

It is too risky to use all of your money to played gambling and spend all the money. And if you still do this, soon, you will be the addicting person in gambling, and it is too difficult to get out from the gambling and perhaps, you will risk your life too. Well, we can't judge you if that is your lifestyle. I think this is a sign that you are addicted to gambling already because you always want to gamble your money. Its good that you don't feel any regret if you lose your money.

for the past two years of me playing gambling I decided to stop since november 2017 since I don't have much source of income that time so I'm not eligible to play because I might starve later if I lose so I decided to end my addiction in gambling specially in poker. To save some money and start a new life without gambling now It will be a year on this coming december. 

Actually you did good thing since you realized that you are wasting your valuable money for fun purpose in the wrong place and keep your mind clean abot keep away from gambling if you still don't have income to gamble or not you can try gambling as before with limits on how much you can spend here.

I agree with @LogitechMouse here. I mean, wtf, man, how can you choose anything over your wife? Not all men are lucky enough to have wives, in the first place, but those who have them shouldn't choose anything over them. You know, relationships with your significant other is also gambling, in a way, only this game is much more interesting than any game any casino in the world could ever invent. You probably just don't know the rules if you don't like to play it.
