For those who cannot control their selves in crypto resulting to addiction, you need time management and allow yourself to spend more time in real world with family and friends rather than being affected in price fluctuations in crypto market. Do some hiking and nature tripping, bake some cakes, play your favorite games, etc.

we surely have to find that balance because it becomes like a aim of life to win every time in crypto even in the smallest trades and when you lose it is like the end of the world and you feel like stupid why did I do this mistake. So maybe doing something else besides crypto can help to make this balance.

Being addicted is a big advantage, and losses can make you depressed. Crypto can make an addiction if the bull run season. Hold it, do not sell anything all of us will get rich. Do not get depressed always think positive for a lot of drama for bitcoin but after the good news all altcoin will follow of course.

It all depends on what you do. For example, if you are trading on an exchange, you should be constantly aware of the changes that occur with the coins you choose for trading. If you're just investing in the long run, then you really should just relax and wait.

It must be admitted that crypto is something that can make everyone addict, this is because of the huge earning potential of crypto, if lucky we can get a profit up to thousands of per week per day even per day, this is the magic of crypto.
The good thing is that if you are going to become addicted to crypto at least you are getting addicted to something that can benefit you, after all if a person was only earning a very low amount of money and then earns a fortune in the market of cryptocurrencies then it is completely understandable that he becomes addicted to earn so much money so fast.

I'm a newbie and have been into crypto for a couple of months now.  I must say the advice from other members about not checking trades too often is very good.  One can become obsessed with it, and I think the thrill of the "win" can be quite addictive.  Similarly that depressed feeling when the world is "red" can be deflating as well.  There must be a "happy" medium, if one is to maintain a balanced life.
It is addictive. We want to know how much money we have now so we want to see the price. And our feeling will be influencesd by them. So we need to control that thing becasue we have more thing to do than that.

If we pay attention more than required in a work then it is equal to an addiction. As we feel hungry on time. Work is also like this. It should be done timely like we go on duty work, do our job and come back home.

The cryo market is like the other markets where you join if you do not master your emotions, you are still like a gambler, it is always addictive for gamblers.

Actually, it is not an addiction, they only find life completion in crypto. Mostly people that are in full time crypto are having a better future, as it considered a high gaining investment as of today. They might sacrifice their stable job just for these cause it could give them more that of what they've got day jobs, and we can't deny that.

Yes, I think when you invest in this industry, you need to plan for the worst, and always keep a clear mind to judge the market, do not sell your tokens easily, because it will affect you Interests.

Sure, this could be addictive but just like with everything else, common sense is the key. I suggest you set your price to generate sell order and chill out. No need to check the market, it will sell itself when your get your desired price.

Here are some ways to prevent the addiction from crypto:

1) You should remain busy with regular job or business. Do crypto only in your free time. Otherwise, you will get occupied only with crypto thoughts and this will affect your life.

2) Another thing you can do is to make limits on how much you are going to spend on crypto per month. For instance, if you make the limit of $200 per month based on your salary and other expenses, stick to it without any fail.

That reminds me of the period i was actively trading. There were time i abandoned some other important things that needed to be done for trading, just because i was addicted to it. It took me some extra effort to get detached from active trading.

Well, that something a good option not minding the things that make it feel unhealthy with ourselves. Volatile always takes place if the majority of market deeply affected by current issues which it make addition to the drop down of value of coins in digital world.

if you intend to hold it for a long time then there is nothing you need to worry about because you have set a target when to sell it, whereas if you are a daily trader of course you have to pay the price every day because from there you get a profit, either the market is down or up . Smiley

Hmmm...very useful info! especially the phrase, that you will get occupied with crypto thoughts, this is totally about me right now...I`m in here almost whole of my daytime, and even in the night...
