we all face such challenges as  a Newbie and if you are not careful crypto will make you lose your social life and friends, the best you can do is to buy and withdraw to a cold storage, check the price once in a while and live your normal life.

I'm a newbie and have been into crypto for a couple of months now.  I must say the advice from other members about not checking trades too often is very good.  One can become obsessed with it, and I think the thrill of the "win" can be quite addictive.  Similarly that depressed feeling when the world is "red" can be deflating as well.  There must be a "happy" medium, if one is to maintain a balanced life.

Exactly, there is such a thing as addiction in crypto. In fact, I also started with an uncontrolled urge to constantly check the prices of my coins and the value of my portfolio. That is like every couple of minutes. Ironic and funny as it may seem, the thing that will somehow keep me away from the prices is a red market. Since I want to avoid frustration and bad vibes, I do not check my portfolio if I know that the market is bloody red.

Yes it could be addictive especially when you got to experience to earn profit here. You’ll voluntarily make time for cryptocurrency world. You could also be influenced and eventually engaged yourself when you get to know the advantages it could give.

this is what i always do, buy coins and check the price every months, i dont want to see the price of the coin for an hour or days, i just love to buy alts price check every months and sell if i gain some profits.

yeah right it was too addictive if you keep on tract with the price of the coin you are currently holding still the question is will you sell the coin or wait a little longer hoping to gain more profit.

the effect of doing cryptocurrency is very similar to people who play in casinos or bet in bookmakers. adrenaline, which is released when the victories of the measures so addictive and addictive like a drug.
A type of addictions where you also can take your own health conditions just to earned more money, maybe there's already a built in parts inside our minds where when we engage to something that brings excitement and enjoyment to us, we are very aggressive to keep it and we wanted  doing it
over and over, we just need to bring this negative side into a passive and positive approach in order to gain out from this addictions.

Yes it is "addicting". Specially if the thrill of the "win" is almost "near". I think the "red" market is pretty normal since it is a "good" indication that the market is "balancing" itself towards a "green" market. "Addicting" as it may, it is also stressful to some because of the "highs and lows" of the market.

Yea i would just set limits and leave it be. You’ll never get to buy or sell at the best prices so pick a number you would be satisfied with.

I think yes, encrypting this market can make us rich, all you have to do is invest your money, and wait for it, it's that simple.

I’m addicted at first, now I’m adjusting my mindset.
In the encryption investment, the mentality is very important. If I have been very impetuous, I think I can't make any money, so I will always invest, but I will not pay attention to encryption day and night because it is too tired.

Yes, when we get hooked like we certainly benefit when winning prizes. And nature has been formed on the man. I myself also got hooked when I get the advantages of trade and crypto can survive up to now.

There may be a point, that this is a game of psychology, and a bit more will affect normal life.
But maybe that only applies to some people, because if we do not focus too much on one investment, it will not be something excessive.

This is a normal emotional expression, especially when there are great fluctuations. But it is attracting more and more people to join in.

It is addictive specially if you've earned quite a lot. Just like most people here who participate in airdrops or bounty campaigns, they like to earn a lot of money which is really addicting. I just hope people would take time to breathe and relax every once in a while to cleanse the mind.

For those who cannot control their selves in crypto resulting to addiction, you need time management and allow yourself to spend more time in real world with family and friends rather than being affected in price fluctuations in crypto market.

Its very normal in such red days and green days here in crypto mate, we all have to experience that and we must have strategy on how to face it. Don't be carried away on how much you gain or loss into your profits.

it's better if you focus and enjoying your life don't be to much attract on this, because in this digital world we can do this to earn or grow our profit for the better and nice life in the future.. either we knew that in this crypto the value of every coins is volatile

In a falling market, when all the red you can also actively earn. The main thing is continuous training and self-improvement.
