If there is some new news than it is in regards to his true identity and the lawenforcements.

The thing is, TF is intelligent enough that if he is jailed, he will not giveup a single BTC. So the only thing we could see is some punishement for TF, never a reimbursement.
but no one new about him right now I sure he is counting $ and enjoy this cheated money

I wouldn't be so sure about that, we had a pretty good clue where his house was located 2 months ago Wink

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Yeah guys I've still been following up with the police now and again but it's slow going.  Not much more I can do...
Occasionally I get some more info which I forward to them.

If anyone wants to send them something directly send me a PM and I'll give you the email address and reference number.

I reported the whole thing to Philip Moustakis at the SEC a while ago.  Sadly, the SEC is notorious for being understaffed, so while I'm pretty confident that he'll look into it, I wouldn't be surprised if the investigation takes months at the speediest, years would probably be more likely.  Based on what the website said when I submitted the complaint, it sounds like I'll only hear back if they agree that he's guilty.

FYI guys I've still been following up on this.  The police are still waiting for responses from their inquiries (not uncommon apparently, especially when dealing with PayPal) and are relying on interstate and international resources as they don't believe TF resides in this country.
I've been told it's a low priority case and to 'remain patient'.  I'll be contacted if there's any development and will pass the info on.

Good thanks for making the effort which maybe none of us are capable of and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

Look at the page source.

To decrypt a gpg message sent to you, you would use your own key.

It is futile to speak of liberty as long as economic slavery exists.
