You just need to put it in a safe and recommended wallet, because so far I've secured bitcoin just by saving it on a web wallet and then saving the phrase and private key, that's what I've been doing all along and I've never had a problem.

Bitcoin is infinitly secure as a matter of fact it got three types of security defenses the block address which is hard to maniplulate every block got a work proof that make it take more than 10 minutes to crack and a p2p network means you've to aquire more than half yhe network to chabe a transaction.

Hackers were roaming around to make an easy earning targeting the wallets with low security. It's our responsibility to keep it secure enabling the high security features available. Most of the time experts suggest offline hardware wallets for long term holding and the web wallets for the regular needs.

To protect bitcoins is very simple. Use cold wallets such as Trezor and LedgerNanoS. It's the safest thing to do right now.

there are so many ways to secure them but the best thing if you are a long term holder would be the offline wallets which you can store like a small usb and carry with yourself.

It is not difficult, i have always been using a hardware wallet, it is always gonna be the most safest option until someone understand how to crack them.
Anyway, a paper wallet is more than safe to me.

What bitcoin is provided with-it considers bitcoin a soap bubble, and someone recognizes cryptocurrency as a valuable asset. What bitcoin is provided with, and how to behave in relation to cryptocurrency. Most believe bitcoin and all that is associated with cryptocurrency a certain investment tool with which to make a profit. At its core, everyone is interested not so much in bitcoin and its nature, and the profitability of its use as a financial instrument.
so I think bitcoin so you must provide!

First have a secure wallet. Avoid logging in directly from websites as most of it are replicated by phising sites.

Transact with caution. No transaction/ trading site asks for your private keys.  Avoid giving it to them.

You need a wallet that the level of security is good because it is very needed for bitcoin security. You better find a wallet that you think is good first if you want to have bitcoin because the wallet can be practically as a bank for the bitcoin. If it is unsafe it may be lost forever.

1. always check the address bar, or you can bookmark the real site and access via your bookmark
2. if you store big amount of bitcoin i think you can try the hardware wallet, it is more secure than online wallet and other
3. id you use the pc apps wallet i think you shouldn't download the untrusted apps because maybe its a malware that makes your bitcoin is not safe

I think we need to protect the trading floors and electronic wallets. You see, all encrypted codecs are making people question the security of Bitcoin and other types of electronic money. However, most people are asking the wrong place, because if you look back at all the theft in pre-coded history, we will see one thing that Bitcoin itself or coded coins are not hacked, Trading platforms and e-wallet services are victims of hackers.  Grin

How to Secure Bitcoins?

The best way to secure your bitcoins/cryptos would be to first be very careful about what sites you visits and about what links you click.  A malicious website can download malware onto your pc without you even knowing and it can steal all of your information including your private keys.  Second of all, if you have a substantial amount of crypto i suggest you put most of it in cold storage by using an electronic wallet or a paper wallet.

You should understand the privacy principles. The public key is a list of code that can be shared for those who are trading the encryption code with you. In contrast, a private key is your secret. For example, Public key like home address, it can be found on every database, from asset records to phone contacts. And if you want someone to send you a letter, give them your home address. Simple right?

To secure your bitcoins i think you should do or buy a ledger that store your bitcoins. And use a wallet that you can hold your private key and no one knows.  Dont store your bitcoins in a new exchanger i think you should go to old exchanger and top exchanger

How to Secure Bitcoins?

The best way to secure your bitcoins you need to become careful to someone who you give your password of your bitcoin wallet. I think if you want to become safe you don't need to give your password to anyone else that is the safest way because if money are talking about you did not sure to someone that you trust. Some people become jealous to some one who has a money so they need to become friends with you.

I also want to talk about encryption by encryption. If someone knows your home address, it does not mean they can go inside and use everything in there. They need a home key, and that is the private key: something that helps you (and only you) access and manage your assets. Obviously you have to keep the house key carefully, do not hit the keys and send them to anyone you see off the street! Private key too.

Before we learn how to secure a bitcoin wallet, let's discuss a bit about what is meant by the bitcoin wallet itself. Bitcoin is stored in an account called the Bitcoin Wallet (Bitcoin Wallet). Any company Bitcoin wallet can be used to store bitcoins and you can download them for free on the Google Play Store or Apple Store. There are hundreds of companies in the world that make Bitcoin wallets to date, but for the sake of your account security, we recommend to find the application that has the highest number of downloads and highest review stars. If you are interested to compare the advantages and disadvantages of Bitcoin wallets in circulation today.

there was never a case of missing bitcoin in the wallet. but I think using Ledger Nano S is safe. and from the story of the loss of bitcoin in the wallet in a fairly large amount, do not put too much bitcoin.

Recently hackers always find a way to take your coins. I think having a cold wallet is the best option. Ledger nano, is an example. The most important is you should keep your private key safe, don’t share it with anyone.
