I forgot my MyEtherWallet password. I don't see "forgot password" in MyEtherWallet website. Is this means that I can't change my password anymore? Anyone have suggestions about this matter? Kindly share it to me please. Thanks!

No problem if you forgot your password it is required when you access your account with UTC/JSON file. You can direct access your account with private key only. There is no provision of password recovery in MEW. You may write to support MEW.

Oh, dude, That's how problems look like. Based on the info that you provide I can safely state that you are in the ass. The big ass.

The thing is that there is no way to retrieve your private key. You are the only one responsible for your private key.

How on earth can you lose it? it should be noted on paper and stored in the bank, in few deferent countries. Or safer bet will remember it and then eat the note.

Someone have the same your trouble. But MyEtherWallet.com is not a bank and it can not help to restore the password. If you didn't save any files of your MEW and you forgot the password, you may lost your wallet.

I think you only need password when you register and have your Myetherwallet address. The private key when you have successfully made your account is the very important code that you must not share to anyone.Keep it safe for you own good.Because you can make another Myetherwallet account using any password.

I do not think the MyEtherWallet password will have a big impact on what you own. The key in MyEtherWallet is the private key, which is essential to use your wallet. If you keep the private key, do not worry about forgetting your MyEtherWallet password.

Forget about all the coins that were on your wallet and create a new one. There's nothing you can do about it. Try to find your password or secret key. On the site you can not reset anything or restore it.

If you still have your private key with you. You don't have be worried you are save, you can access your wallet using your private key.
Password isn't required to do anything on your wallet but private key.

I read the story of how the guy recovered his password from the wallet with bitcoins by contacting the hypnotist, I think that this is the only option in your case.

there is no way to recover your password unless you still have your private key. yes, that's all you can do with your MEW address. you should be more careful again and always try to make backup data for all your activities.

I'm afraid you probably can not be helped anymore, unless of course you saved the private access key that is issued when you register your wallet. Perhaps, of course, I'm mistaken, because I'm not an expert in MEW. But I think you should try to write in support.

Although you try to send your report to support but support can not help you. Its sad to know you loss it.
Nobody can help you like all thought, at least learn from this miss to get something experience and not to this again.

When signup on Myetherwallet, they required users to input password, but i never have to use this password to login. With private key, you could login to yours wallet and just forget the password.

Important in Myetherwallet private key or UTC file and password. Can not be used without a password. The password and private key must be stored securely on pc.

do you mean private key? or you open myetherwallet through keystone. because the keystone provides the password. and if your password is lost you probably will not find it and you have to create a new wallet.
you must be careful and keep myetherwallet password safely because your assets are in the wallet,

Is there a balance on your MEW if there is no better balance you just created, and if Address MEW is used to follow bounty, just tell bounty manager that you lost your MEW Private key.

Sorry for your lost dude if that wallet have a huge balance well, then i say bye bye to them. First instruction when you created a wallet in myetherwallet is to keep safe your private and print it into a sheet of paper or save at you device file because you are the one who knows you private key and also you are the one who have responsibility to keep that. If you lose that private key then don't be expect that your wallet was recovered., just create a new one and that time you must keep safe you private key.

Did you save your private key?
If you don't have a private key, you may lose it forever, and if you keep the private key, just transfer it to another wallet that supports erc20.

I dont think he save his myetherwallet private as his op.
After this happen. None people can help you mate.
Take this case as your experience then you will not do the same thing again. I hope you dont have much asset in that wallet because if you have alot, you might be crying long time.
