Bitcoin $ 100,000 will be in 2018?

I don't think It will reach 100k in 2018. It would take several years.

We can see in the past few days the price of bitcoin is continuously increasing and recovering very strongly. Currently, bitcoin has broken the $ 11000 level and there is a slight correction before the next price increase. I think that only bitcoin can overcome the $ 12,000 milestone, bitcoin will officially end the day off and will likely reach $ 100,000 by the end of 2018.

I do not think so. We were able to see bitcoin's dramatic growth in 2017 when the bitcoin price was just over $ 900 in the beginning of the year, but by December 2017 the price of bitocin reached $ 19800, an increase of more than 20%. At present bitcoin prices are $ 11000 and I believe that with such growth, the bitcoin price could reach $ 100000 by the end of 2018.

Bitcoin will be 100000$ after the end of this year. 2018.After started of new year bitcoin are geting diown and down it price down 19000$- 7000$.But bitcoin are pump again hope its will be 50000$ after middle of this year.

I think 100k is little too big, i don't wanna sound negative but it's just that don't get your hopes too high of  course i want it to reach 100k but being realistic i think 100k in a year is almost impossible but of course no one knows what might happens next so lets just see for ourselves what bitcoin might become this 2018.

When it comes to bitcoin, even the experts fail to predict its performance. This is the reason why everyone admires bitcoin and why it has more investor than any other digital currency. It can make a person millionaire within months. Bitcoin is in its dump phase and if someone buys 5 bitcoin, he will be a millionaire after a year at most. There are many other ways to accomplish this achievement but none is as easy and simple as buying bitcoin and holding it.

Why do you believe something when we have not even been able to cross one border that is stopping us from moving ahead first ?

As much as I want to tag along with your faith, we just have to be also realistic. We are still in a shape where we do not even know where we are going next, but one thing is that we are still all optimistic, but there are just something we all know we cannot predict asides making baseless assumptions which is how I see this right now. Let's even finish breaking all the barriers above us, test the previous ATH, and then see where we go from there.

If it gets 100k , market cap of bitcoin would be 21000'000 * 100k = 21000'000'000'00 , that's more than wall street market cap and GDP of many countries!
as bitcoin goes higher , the price changes gets harder , it's like a snowball , when it gets heavy harder to move .

Well, if you count how many different derivatives in the world of bonds, which at times exceed the real security, there is nothing to be surprised. And if there is a crypt in the future to replace the Fiat, then why not!

Not quite sure if the price will bump that hard this end of the year, there are still many pro-contra from many countries (especially Asia) that still discuss about the impact of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, both from the positive side or the dark side of it.

But if you see the history map of the bitcoin growth, it could be possible to reach that number in the future years.

I don't think it will reach $100k in 2018 but I wouldn't bet against it.

If you told me BTC would hit $10k or $20k in 2017, I would call you crazy.

So with all this crazy adoption who knows what will happen.

Obviously no one would ever want to bet against anything when it comes to the matter of cryptocurrency. Anything is possible, but from the look of things presently, it is looking a little bit bleak, but like I said, it is still too early to judge. I remember last year when a lot of people were betting that bitcoin will never reach $5000, now the same set of people are betting that bitcoin will drop so low to $5000. At the end of it all, no one can know the future.

Well, i'm rooting for it and some people here will consider bitcoin as the main investment asset in cryptocurrency, 100,000 usd is what i wanted to see in the next few months or more so better to hold bitcoin in your wishlist so the value will increase.

I think that in 2018 we wont reach $100000, it is too much for bitcoin. My forecast of $35-45000. and the fact that bitcoin wont grow very much it well for the market is necessary that growth was gradual more and more people in the world learned it

Although the blockchain technology is growing fast, I don't think it could reach $100,000 by 2018.

In the past, bitcoin has topped $20,000.

I think it could reach $30,000 this year.

I am going to be quite honest, although I like to have optimism in this line of work I am in and believe in blockchain technology and the advancement of our evolution through this high tech interface, I do not feel, with all the mass media, big people that are controlling the markets and ruthless whales, that we can get to that kind of price for Bitcoin this year. For it to have this kind of market cap we would need Bitcoin to go up 11/12 times and that would mean at least a 5 trillion marketcap for crypto markets and I cannot see that happening any time soon, especially now many of the mainstream newbies got kicked out by this huge down trend and mass media FUD.

Now that a lot of weak hands have even given them more power to stash up more into their portfolio, they are going to own the market. The good thing though is that the strong holders will still benefit a lot. However, I still do have a feeling that driving the market down this big, and more of the bigger players in, we may end up seeing a big rally to drive the price up to their advantage. Just an opinion though, but we know how these guys operate normally.

It is really good to be extremely bullish, but the levels at which some of you are raising your hopes too high is alarming. Sure, we all want to get to this point, where we see bitcoin getting really high, but aren't we suppose to even cross one hurdle of huge resistance ahead of us before we even get to the winning line. No one knows what will happen before the end of 2018, but we still have a lot of months ahead of us to see what ends up happening.
