It would not be ban since there are many people in the facebook who are not being introduce on ICOs, there are more people who want to learn ICOs projects. But for the facebook side it is right because they didnt get profit from campaigning those project. IT is not right get profit and used facebook for their project. better pay and then you  can get access in facebook.

Do you agree that facebook banned all that promote ico's and bitcoin?
Facebook has made a right decision to banned ico's link and referrals for the good of there user's. Recently, the increase of ico's fb campaign will surely makes traffic at Facebook considering that not all are legit.

The banning of ICO promotion in facebook has its good and bad effects in cryptocurrency.  I believe that the facebook banned it because many ICO appeared just like a mushroom where some of them are intended only to scam people which damage the reputation of crytpocurrency.  On the other hand, it will protect investors not to fall from scam ICOs.

Considering the fact that there are still many ICOs that are legitimate and has a great contribution on our technology, I think the facebook must not banned all ICOs promotion instead, they gave chance to legit ICOs through undergoing screening and  set rules and regulation that ICOs must follow prior to allowing them to promote it.  Then the ICO will apply and ask for approval from facebook.  When the ICO passed the facebook quality control, as a result, every ICOs that promoted through facebook are only legitimate one.

Since crypto really means a lot in the market, different social networking sites may invest in it due to its really hig value in the future. There are many movements to lessen ads and ways to make it popular is banned from different social networking sites.

Yes, I agree, because there are more and more fraudulent ICO projects that I can see everywhere on facebook.
I think facebook is right to ban the advertising of ICO, which will prevent many people from being cheated.

I don't think so, i prefer if Facebook more open minded to ico and bitcoin, they just need to learn more about it and pick which one they can let to promote on their page, i think Facebook just need to updated their regulations and created the best way and give cryptocurrency room for growing. Or even more Facebook can launch their coin too, that will be nice.

They must be so lazy to add more guidelines like strict regulation on Crypto Ads so they just impose ban in an instant but I still agree on what they did. Legit ICOs that exist are only few because genuine ideas are already taken so scam ICOs dominate the advertisement more.

Facebook intentionally broadening cryptocurrencies and ICOs as scam. Even though that some of them are legit, they're just treating them like the others as scam. The good thing is that scam and misleading opportunities may find a hard time to gain more traction and exposure their website to all of us.

Hopefully, they will be setting new rules and regulations for us to advertise cryptocurrencies on Facebook in the near future. Not all are legit, but not all are scam either.

I agree on the one hand because Facebook will benefit from the ICO but I on the other hand less agree because it will lower the interest who are hunting prizes

It may be true that Facebook has ban bitcoin and ICO advertisements but it does not mean that Facebook campaign is over. It will continue unless there is a notice from the ICO's bounty manager halting the campaign. FB does not ban users from posting ads with relation to ICOs.

I don't agree that facebook is banning ICOs. They have a very strict policy with regards to ads. And most of the ads are being monitored by its automated program. This means your ad can be easily banned even though you have a valid reason to post it. They have  real persons whom you can complain and follow up. But they will easily turn you down as well.

Facebook doesnt prohibited people from posting, sharing and linking ICO related promotions in facebook so what is your agenda?did you really read their TOS?if yes you should know that most of the advertisers who are paying for their paid advertisement are only affected by this, theres no much difference if you arent an advertiser or a campaign manager.

there just too many scams these days, facebook may just aim to protect the investors from cheated, also, this will be a signal to those who plan to give all their money to cryptos that this is of high risk

Sorry but I found this to be a good idea. The facebook campaign is not too effective for the project. I feel the signature campaign will be great for the project we are working on.
Most people take part in the bitcointalk forum to look at the project. Although facebook is a great social networking site, but with ad sharing on the project is not useful. People around me saw these posts, they all flickered and it was scam. That is my opinion.

I agree with the removal of ico ads through facebook, maybe the founder and the facebook want to tidy up his social network with the number of these ads on their homepage, thus making users more comfortable
