I think that this only applies to the situation when the project itself does not want to use the bounty hunter services in this area, because now everything is normal and everything is allowed, there was such a time when facebook really forbade advertising

They shouldn't be banning it, one of the best places to get new investors for your coin is through facebook, there is a large reach of people there and it is a perfect place for new cryptocurrencies. What they should do is to impose more rules but out right banning it isn't advisable. They have not banned it yet and I don't think that they will ban it.

ACCOUNT RECOVERED 4/27/2020. Account was previously hacked sometime in 2017. Posts between 12/31/2016 and 4/27/2020 are NOT LEGITIMATE.

As a bounty hunter, I disagree with this prohibition strategy because it affects our working environment! Reduce the way we create income!

It seems to me that, yes facebook banned all ICO promotion. Hopefully, it will comeback because may bitcoinist are interested to joined and it could be a way to promote crypto in the world. Facebook is one of a tool to promote this kind of thing, many people could be interested by seeing the promotion of bitcoin. I am looking forward to back again the facebook campaign

This is a hot news that face book is banning cryptocurrency campaign but it is partly true and and partly fake, because face book apply ban on some suspicious ico's not on all, how it will work when facebook launch his own coin in the market, you must not ban all the good things which help your own business.

Well i know that facebook change there decision to banned ico advertisement that's why untl now people can still participate on a a lot of facebook campaign,  and it is more better if facebook will not stop supporting crypto advertising.

Prohibition of ICO ads was a very good step, because many projects were created to collect money only and reached many users through social networks. Social networks are known to be both cheap and the easiest way for advertising, and I think there is no one to claim the opposite. In the course of time, ICO projects were generally used for fraudulent purposes and such measures were taken to prevent people from being victimized. Of course, Facebook's position was an important step because American citizens could no longer participate in ICO projects. I think it is a good obstacle to prevent victimization, but the advertising areas of high quality projects are also narrowed by this ban. I also think that if this ban is abolished, it may be re-advertised with some pre-review conditions, but I think that this ban will not be abolished due to the U.S. rules.

I think this is the right decision
Facebook only prohibits fraudulent projects, I think this is dictated by security policy, not selfish interests.

from the beginning of the year did the bounty in social networks and never had any problems with Facebook. even if there is a ban, people still have the right to post their thoughts about those or other things, including crypto-currencies. because if you can not express a positive opinion about a certain project, it will be discrimination. but in connection with fraudulent projects, the ban must be

I believe facebook won't ban crypto currency promotion.Because there is lot crypto related user spend more time in Facebook.
Even facebook also get more profit for that reason they won't ban .
If they ban also no issue happen for promoting other than facebook lot of social media is there .

Example : Twitter ,Telegram,Reddit

Really? If its true its a big loss for them, bitcoin right is on of its success and that us probably the stupidest decision that facebook will made, banning bitcoin, crazy, they will lose large amount of money if they do that, because bitcoin rightnow is very famous

I think you are wrong, because Facebook campaign still exists, although not all ICOs open campaigns for Facebook.

Facebook still has a lot of traffic that's untapped but then there are a lot of spams out there nowdays. Direct links do not get thru nor the ICO for they are very strict on promoting ICO but then you can still talk about Crypto in general and there are various groups which are promoting Airdrops and Bounties to their subscribers. So, I think FB would not make a wrong decision to ban Crypto completely for they get good traffic from this source on their platform.

It's a good place for advertising your product. I have seen few campaigns here and there so I'm not sure if banning still applies. It would be their loss if anything since there are so many other ways to advertise your campaign on different platform that are just as popular as facebook.

In my experience now, facebook is not that strict unlike in the past months. I think facebook is nothing to worry about. Facebook is very useful and important in promoting ico.

Facebook has not completely banned ICO and bitcoin promotions. They just want to stop people from investing in the fraudulent ICO, because the fraudsters' ICO sent social media facebook into a criminal act.

It depends on what kind of campaign and ICO promotion they will be banned. In fact, facebook is a very helpful social media to promote an ICO through the facebook adv or even Facebook bounty campaign. However, many often do spamming posts in the Facebook with low post quality. It may be going as the spammers. For the spammers, I agree to ban. But for the good and legit one, why should be banned?
