I think it is impossible for the elderly to participate in bitcoin investment. They are pursuing stability. Bitcoin investment is volatile. It does not have stable income.

Bitcoin is not limited to investment, it can be used, for example, to gift your grandchildren and eventually, if it reaches a critical mass in adoption, can also be used as payment. The key is to offer simple and valuable tools that elders can use daily.

Bitcoin is for everybody, so it includes also older people. It only depends on how active, participative and updated they are in hi-technologies. It is not totally 100% who wants to be a member or want to invest bitcoin, one factor that really affects to their "No" and "Don't" (learning and knowing Bitcoin) is their health, willingness and capabilities to work.

I think one way to spread awareness of bitcoin to older people is to introduce it to them through seminars or conventions or even one on one discussion. Another is by showing them how bitcoin changed oir loves and helped us financially so they will begin to see bitcoin as something positive. We can never deny the fact that most old people are skeptic when it comes to digital investments or certain technologies unless they are really open to certain changes and willing to learn and adopt to it, so they basically need to have enough knowledge about it before they begin to trust and dive in it.

We need to be aware that people that consider as old may also have a knowledge about computers and the technologies itself, Most of the people today must take note that if there is no people behind this developed technology and new form of computers most people would not deal with this much development and progress. So basically it is not that hard for us to explain bitcoin for people to get to know it in the from of investments , transactions and tradings.

And I were trying to explain how the bitcoin works on older folks... It was so funny to see their denial over how cryptocurrency works and them trying to say that cryptocurrency is all in our imagination

How to spread awareness of Bitcoin in a way so that old people start to use more bitcoin?
I think if you would advertise bitcoin to older people you will just waste your time. I think we must advertise it to younger ones because older people usually do and use the things that they have been use when they are younger so it can be a waste of time if you do that.

They are curious and skeptical at the same time, but a lot of them understand what a big tool it is.

Bitcoin will not be the best thing for the old people because old people will have a lot of hard times in understanding how to use bitcoin because their memory and sense of understanding is a bit weaker and slower than before so i think that it is not a good thing to teach the old people to use bitcoin and it is only best if you will introduce it to the young people.

I think that you can start with the fact that this is the same money only electronic digital. It's better for an elderly person not to explain in the Internet language replacing the words "electronic money" with words such as cryptocurrency. It's also necessary to explain that bitcoin is the same money that they can pay for the purchase of goods or certain services that they can pay for the Internet, utilities.

It looks like its going to be difficult, for example,my country the majority of internet users is more dominant among young people than older people, even many parents who really have no knowledge of what is bitcoin. because they are already accustomed to using paper money.

How to spread awareness of Bitcoin in a way so that old people start to use more bitcoin?

The thing is bitcoin is dependent on computer and technology, the things that old people are having a hard time using. This will be a hindrance for them to progress or to even start any bitcoin activity. Still, I do believe that everything can be learned and if they are willing, they could learn it as well.
I don’t think so because now at my home my all oldies are really talented because they knows how to use new technologies and new currencies, one of my uncle he is totally aware of crypto currency and he told me this that I also should start using bitcoin as side source of income. In bitcoin most of us use our knowledge and information not age, so people of any age can use bitcoin if they have small knowledge about bitcoin.

bitcoin is for everyone both young and old, male and female. its a currency of the 21st century which really captured the attention the youths and young adults. but the fact is, older people can also venture into it. as a matter of fact, some older men has idle funds which can be invested in bitcoin.

I agree that Bitcoin is for everyone. But i think elder people should enjoy the rest of their life instead investing for future.

I think that is not necessary. This is comparable to the fact that some elderly people do not understand how to use a smartphone. And it is very difficult to understand them. And the crypto currency is generally very difficult to understand.

Bitcoin is for everyone who has a proper state of mind. You cannot teach it to impaired people because bitcoin requires awareness and consciousness. As for old people, it depends on their physical and psychological state. If they are to understand the concept of bitcoin, then why not. Added to that, you should be able to facilitate the information because some old people are ignorant when it comes to technology.

Most elderly people are very far from the Internet, from new technologies, they hardly use gadgets, they are accustomed to cash. They can tell about bitcoin, but they will not invest in it.

Actually I do not think that old people have greater difficulties to approach the bitcoin, because the interest in these issues is not determined by age, but by education and personal involvement of each individual on issues related to economics and finance. In fact at this time I see a widespread ignorance of most people about the benefits of bitcoin, and this includes young people, adults and the elderly.

Bitcoin doesn't select the age, People now a days are very knowledgeable about computer's and other technologies, Still oldies are also welcome to join in crypto environment, They plays vital role to raise up cryptocurrncy. We need to spread the good news through social media's and other medium of spreading info's to earn bountiful benefits brought by cryptocurrency, It makes our life run simpler:)

I do not think parents need to know Bitcoin. Usually, people who are in the generation above us already have a lot of money and effort. It's because they've worked hard and the competition in the past has not been as tight as it is now. In the past, non-educated and highly educated people could succeed. But now, not necessarily. You have to really know what you're doing to be successful. So my conclusion is, maybe for some parents need to know Bitcoin for their business continuity. But most of them probably do not need anymore. However, technological developments must still be studied so we are not confused and outdated.
