Of course everyone wanted to Ride the issue as Presidential election season happens this week.But also good step for Ripple to Look for fair election because this is something an issue until today.
There are some claims that there is a cheating happening but of course this is harder to prove specially when the election is done counting.

so far ripple has become one of the cryptos
had the worst performance in two consecutive years and was among the few assets to hit new lows in 2019 after the low market slump set in 2018 by most other cryptocurrencies. and 2020, is still far from the $ 5 mark

I am not sure if in long term will we see any rebound happening in this coin, since its not being in the best performing from long time now and also not really attracted a lot of investors who can look forward in this coin as a long term to stay invested. So not expecting a huge rise in it.

Ripple is staying at rank Number 4 meaning performance is still good,and besides this is prone to manipulation never forget that lol.
so at any chance it will be pumped but of course not as high as expected $5 in the OP.

There' no doubt about the increase of the price of bitcoin today will be enough to make the other Altcoins price to increase by next year as well if the price of bitcoin will increase with this level. Today XRP has no potential for price growth, besides, trading volumes are decreasing, and banks still have a high value of Ripple, since the main thing for them is that transactions are cheaper. it is still too early to guess what will happen to XRP in the future, even though it remains in a very popular position and is used as a trade but it seems very difficult for XRP to be able to move up, especially now that everything is still focused on the sharp increase of bitcoin , almost altcoins seem flabbergasted because they can't anticipate the sudden movement of bitcoin.

I tried to break the resistance but XRP failed again, maybe this time it will work,

$5 is a long shot on it's current price, OP can hodl his coin as long as he believes that the price will reach that high, but holders should be able to sell at a loss if the price is not moving from what he expected, investors should be able to move, because they can always recover as long as they do research and always up to date on when to sell and buy.

if expecting too much with ripple is a mistake that will be experienced, we admit that indeed in trading there are still a lot of trades but for an increase it seems that ripple is a bit difficult to follow the movement of bitcoin. for a price of $ 5 may be very difficult to get for this year, maybe if there is good development next year will happen. we wait for that.
