Hi Dev,

Hope there will be an mobile app soon :-)

I wanted to know, do you want a dutch (netherlands) translation? I can make one!

App is coming (directly after Desktop Wallet).
Yeah we need several Translations, but currently we dont have any Bounty / Programs (We do not have the time for such ideas and suggestions :/)

If anyone has an idea for such a bounty, they are welcome to report in the comments section.

I did not specify any specific pool for miner, I just started the qwertycoind.exe and waited it to synchronize before starting the wallet. Is there any place in this app or folder to specify the pool to qwertycoin.site? Please advise.

If you want to start mining this coin at qwertycoin.site, i recommend to you go through the link http://qwertycoin.site/#getting_started and read carefully. I would recommend using third-party programs, such as CPUMiner.

Tell me that I'm wrong.

This formula for calculating reward for the block:

BaseReward = (MSupply-A) / 2 ^ 18,

where MSupply = (2 ^ 64 - 1) of all coins, and "A" is the amount of coins already generated

2 ^ 64 = 18 446 744 073 709 551 616
and this is not at all 184.46 billion QWC as indicated on the coin's website.

Did I miss something?

https://github.com/qwertycoin-org/qwertycoin/blob/master/src/CryptoNoteConfig.h

Quote
// MONEY_SUPPLY - total number of coins to be generated
const uint64_t MONEY_SUPPLY = (uint64_t) (- 1);

and the uint64_t type is just 2 ^ 64

or limit the amount of coins, is calculated by this constant?

  CRYPTONOTE_MAX_BLOCK_NUMBER = 500000000;

Yeah you're right. But MONEY_SUPPLY  is in Atomic Units and our DISPLAY_DECIMAL_POINT  is at 8 (1 with 8 Zeroes).

So you have to divide MONEY_SUPPLY with 1 000 000 00 and got a total of 184.46b.

Look at the block reward. Billions of coins were mined in ten days.

I vote for it - after 3 days of mining already earned over a million coins!

For three days so many coins, it sounds great.
What are you using CPU or GPU? What you hashrate ?

Even for the absolute maximum, 184 billion QWC, the extraction of 1 million for 3 days is very much, for a year such a rate can produce a lot of very much or production will be complicated every day.

Why in "Block reward: Qwertycoin's Block reward decreases each block according to the formula: BaseReward = (MSupply - A)/2^18, where MSupply = (2^64 - 1) atomic units and 'A' is amount of already generated coins)"

you use 2^64 -1 but not (2^64 -1)/1 000 000 00?

If you want to start mining this coin at qwertycoin.site, i recommend to you go through the link http://qwertycoin.site/#getting_started and read carefully. I would recommend using third-party programs, such as CPUMiner.

Thanks, got it! I downloaded and set up the CPUMiner and started mining using the qwertycoin.site pool. I can see my transactions/hashes on the pool site now by entering my wallet address. The problem is that this app is really CPU-hungry and eats 100% of CPU on my machine. It really needs a dedicated miner to do its job. I may need to leave it for now and continue with the qwertycoind.exe until building a new rig.

Yeah that can be really anoying.. I use Sumo easy miner. You can set the threads you want to use yourself. So it wont take 100% of your cpu :-)
