well I just remembered I've bought a batch of shares (~1k) on BTC-TC could anyone be so kind and explain to me what I have to do to claim them? *bump* note: shares are not on bitfunder You should have received several emails reminding you to migrate weeks/months ago. Have you checked your spam? BTCT.co Migration Instructions ------------------------------------- Using the same e-mail account you have registered on BTCT.co, send an email to tat.investments@gmail.com with the following information enclosed: 1) Make the subject of your e-mail: TAT.NEOBEE 2) Note the number of shares you currently hold on BTCT.co 3) Include the email address of your HavelockInvestments.com account, and ALSO send an email from that account to confirm this request if it does not match your BTCT.co registered email. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND BE ACCURATE. WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR TYPOS OR INCORRECT INFORMATION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN PROCESSING, NOR POTENTIAL LOSS INCURRED DURING THIS MIGRATION PROCESS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. WE AIM TO MAKE THIS A SMOOTH & EFFICIENT PROCESS, THANK YOU!

I have only read some of the postings in Dec, so I may not know the full story but having downloaded the 'Prospectus', I am intrigued that the accounts have not been audited (not even a B/S) at all and there is no statement from the lawfirm (usually attached to the prospectus) ? Hopefully this is an oversight.

Is there any need to transfer from Havelock to Direct shares? If it's a simple process I'd consider it, but it's not required is it? (I've been quite happy with Havelock's security over the years)

It is not required, there is a fee to do so, and you would have no ability to sell shares easily. Havelock asset holder lists are sent privately twice per day currently.

Didn't even know there was a thread. But well, there is still not much information. The website easyco.in just shows up some registration window for joining their "newsletter". My question goes more towards the possibility of actually buying BTC/LTC next days through the site.

LMB-Holdings.com Update
Transferring Shares from Havelock The LMB-Holdings.com shareholder site now has updated info and fee rates posted for transferring shares from HavelockInvestments.com to directly held shares. The current fee is 0.2 btc per request, with no limit on the quantity of shares per request.
Transferring Shares to Havelock Similar info will be posted to the "Transfer Shares to Havelock" page soon as well. As mentioned in the past, any shares purchased directly from LMB-Holdings.com are allowed one free transfer to Havelock. Any previously imported shares will carry the same 0.2 btc fee per request.
Transferring Shares from Bitfunder The current batch has been a bit delayed due to the holidays and some server reconfigurations. Things are almost back on track and the current batch should be processed this week.

I would suggest referring to the post directly above yours and checking lmb-holdings.com LMB-Holdings.com Update

... what should we expect in upcoming weeks? ...
This thread is pratically dead. After NEO-PR said this is not a thread for upcoming news or whatever, not only news didn't come here anymore but also in no other place. Expect only questions regarding people that somehow did not yet transfer their shares (and at this point probably lost them) and questions that will not be answered. Nothing against not using this thread for news but the silence everywhere at this point of the development of the company is just disturbing.

Nothing relevant, except that picture of Neo & Bee on the front page of the TV guide.

All news and updates will be released on the Investors platform and through Havelock and people can discuss them anywhere they want to.
I tweet whenever I get the chance (Normally when I am travelling or at home) but it is not a source for official news.

Is there any advantage for me to move from Havelock to Direct shares? What is the benefit for me?

I guess only a security one (if you trust neobee more than Havelock) other than that I cannot think of something. I hope we will get a more intelligent answer from a more involved individual though since I am also interested in the subject . SK
