TATi & Danny thanks for update, i want to ask ... that "Portfolio Management Service" will be part of NEOBEE operations, right? Not different company. So we're also involved there as shareholders? BTW brilliant idea.

Neo & Bee Update November 28th 2013
WeExchange Issue Resolution ...Internally we are under a legal advice not to disclose the origin of these problems, of which we are desperate to change, the minute that we can explain the full extent of the issues and how it will be resolved, we shall do just that. I like ThickAsThieves as an alias, but in this context...

Hi Danny, thanks for update, sounds awesome I was wondering, since your whole business depends on bitcoin which is an open source project, do you plan to "give back to the community" at some point in the future, like hiring a full-time bitcoin-qt dev?

In the big picture ... they are giving much much more for the whole bitcoin community. Yes all of our developments that are in process right now and in the future will benefit shareholders.
Then I am happy

I do not quite understand this optimism. Most of the update is actually news already featured in the mainstream media. The part concerning WeExchange has no actual information content. Empty words, tautologies. My favourite one is "any speculation with regards to our involvement is in fact nothing more than pure speculation."
It reminds me of this:
"To expostulate what majesty should be, what duty is, why day is day, night night and time is time were nothing but to waste night, day, and time. Therefore, since brevity is the soul of wit and tediousness the limbs and outward flourishes, I will be brief. Your noble son is mad. Mad, call I it, for to define true madness, what is 't but to be nothing else but mad?"
Neo&Bee might be the greatest bitcoin company in the galaxy but this sort of communication does not really move anything forward.

We do have our own ideas for CR on our part towards the Bitcoin community, such as a fee free pool to help decentralize the mining a little, our devs are interested in the open source community and will no doubt try and find time to help on the client etc.
moribana, I can break the law, put myself, my business, my family all at risk by doing so, that is not something I am going to do. This would also jeopardize the solution, do you want that?

Not at all. If I could not talk about something then I would prefer not to speak. I really like clear-cut things. You are involved in resolving the WeEx problems, that is fine. Then you make a two-sentence statement to the effect that you are working on it but cannot disclose anything more and you cannot even tell when you will be able to reveal the details. This is really all the information there is in your two statements about WeEx. But the very fact that you are telling it in 50x more words than needed makes some people suspicious. So maybe it is just a cultural difference. Maybe some people like long sentences without much information. Anyway, I wish you success both in this and other endeavours. The bitcoin community needs it.

Those that know me or have had direct personal communication with me, know that I will be doing everything I can. Nothing suspicious, under hand or anything. I know some people with stuck funds have contacted me personally and thanked me for taking a lead in resolving the whole mess. I want this out of the way as much as anyone, including full explanations.

Sorry for breaking into your conversation, but if disclosing the WeEx details constitutes breaking the law, why would you announce to the world that you're law-bound to keep silent? It's effectively telling your investors "We just stepped into a shady operation, even talking about it is illegal."

Just because one can't talk about it, does not make it illegal.

NDA between Neo&Bee and which other parties? NDAs usually don't put families at risk.

It could be anything really, right? That's the point. There are innumerable legal reasons why someone may no be able to disclose information. Jumping to the conclusion that it is shady, is unwarranted and purely speculative.

So is making an announcement which amounts to " We wanted to tell you that we can't tell you anything."

NDAs usually don't put families at risk.
They do if they're broken and there's potential lawsuits involved.

I still don't get it why NEOBEE is involving in this mess. Do we have IPO funds stuck on Weex? Do we need bailout someone? Why ... do we really need another centralized stock exchange for that price? One month before soft opening... you guys must have a shitload of other really important work on the table. But i believe that you guys know the best what you are doing, i put my trust in you. We'll get answers "soon".
