I have 4255/31900 shares. I have sold roughly 28000 shares in the past 3 days, my median price average has been about 0.0025.
I am still selling my 4255 shares, if anyone wants proof of the shares sold let me know will do.
I am doing this not because of FUD, but because I need the money more than I need it in Bitcoin.

Last thing I will say. I have had people close to me in past ripped off by big investors. A relative, lost hundreds of thousands now has nothing. What I am saying is that I feel I have information that I could not sleep at night knowing that I did not share it.
Just so you know I have also told the authorities but because there is no banking guarantee with bit coin nothing I can do there. But I am most likely not like most people were I have a backbone and I care about other and would give the shirt off my back if they needed it. So it does offend me when people think I am profiting on something that I am warning them about.
I will state again to me the concept of bit coin is a little too good to be true. Invisible money into an economy which crashed in the GFC, well that is not something that I would call a wise investment. Cyprus has struggled to stand on it's feet since and these people came along to offer false hope to those who wanted to hang onto something. The idea that this money, and substantial amount, seems to of come from thin air and constant bailouts that were asked for and offered before hand is very disconnected. That sort of information is only that of someone who is close to the source. Just think about it. It might not happen in the next week or month but in time Neo and Bee will not be around lie the many other bit coin ventures that came out with many promises and little delivery.

You seem very confused, maybe you should stick to your fiat world and let us lose our shirts.

^Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but this guy here tried to unload @.0024 for quite a while. Maybe still got some, if ur interested. Thanks to all the buyers, transactions have gone unimaginably smooth and quick. I am selling shares until 3PM EST (approx 6 hours and 40 minutes from now) today at 0.0024, as I have a buyer set for the rest of my shares then.
First come first serve.
Panic buying again now... You're full of shit. The guy's trying to sell for .0023 now, and you haven't bought anything. Why not put ur money where ur mouth is and help the nice man?

How do you know about this bitcointalk and this thread if all you know about bitcoin is "that it can be hacked"?

Sometimes people have financial problems and will take a loss to get it. Especially in my case where I am still profiting as I purchased between 0.0013 and 0.0018. I am okay with holding onto these shares even though I would rather have cash in hand, these shares are purely profit regardless if I get them out or not does not truly matter to me. Also, I think it was justified that I sold at below market value. The website says "typically" 1-2 business days, as I began on Sunday, today marks the end of the second business day and the transfer still has not gone through.

@bittymitty: So you were talking shit when you said you buying? K. Seems like such easy money -- 20+% in 2 days... But you're not into chump change like that, amiright?
@cryptopayDE: How do *you* know about bitcointalk and what drew you out to make your first post in this thread?
@btcapples: I have absolutely nothing against you selling shares (assuming your post below is aimed at me). Exploiting greater fools is fundamental to trading. If not for them, making coin would be difficult.

I weighed the pro's and con's and determined 20% is a fair profit for the risk the user is taking at this current point in time. The risk factors include, Neo Bee closing its doors, the price going down substantially enough for you to not be profitable within the "two business days" or the shares not going through alltogether. If you can look at those three facts and feel confident that you can make that profit then by all means, go for it. I'm not holding a gun to anyone's head but I definitely am not much of a gambling man even though I am in BTC, and as of this moment right now, would prefer cash in hand, to pay my debts and sleep like a baby.
I feel like my shares are being sold dirt cheap and am wondering why I am having any trouble selling these final thousands, other than the FUD being spread with no evidence to hold its weight.

It is called Google. You Google Danny, his company and you find here. You post your info and inform people then you have a lot of nay sayers won do not believe because they hold onto they hope of get rich quick instead of doing what most do which is work for it. I just told you what I know about Danny and his plans. I have zero interest in his business ventures and hat is very clear. I will not be stung be his crap. Like I keep saying listen or not. Not my money it is you, the investor. But I know I can sleep because I put the information I know out there. Alas no Neo Bee PR has come along. After a little looking in this thread I know they are in this thread. They have been online as of yesterday but not answered any of the claims.

This person is using elements of truth (ie how Danny came to Cyprus, and how he hasn't posted on his twitter etc.) together with fabricated lies (Danny leaving) to make the fabricated part more plausible. Fact: If you had zero financial interest, you won't be here. In fact, you have big financial interests to make the stocks crash so you can buy cheap.
What a selfish post. Just because somebody is posting here doesn't mean he has anything to gain. Take a look at, say, stackoverflow, people making quality contributions. Because of financial gain? Of course not. Yes, maybe he is spreading FUD to make the price crash, or maybe he really has more information than us. But that is not your decision to make. Ask yourself if I wanted the shares why would I knock back the offer. I would not have the slightest idea how bit coin works except for it can be hacked. All I know is that Danny has tried and failed yet again because his greed and eye for the big and grand thing got away from him.
bitcoin itself cannot be hacked in a practical sense, it's trust relies on the security of the SHA256 algorithm. If SHA256 is ever 'hacked', bitcoin would be the least of my concerns. At least half of the world's banks rely on SHA256 to keep communication with your browser secure. Services built on top of bitcoin are usually far less secure though.

you were a part of 0.001 per share round? how did you come across it? I was not a part of the 0.001 per share round, I was around for the 0.0028 round with XBONDS, and the price took a dip and I bought the shares up on Bitfunder.

Where IS Danny, though?
If there were good news, he would have been here. Since he isn't here, ... Good King Danny has died of a surfeit of stepping in to help Ukyo. When he promised that everyone at Neo & Bee would work towards Ukyo salvation but then soon afterwards stated that nobody who works at Neo & Bee is working towards it, he created a "who shaves the barber" style paradox. He could keep press-ganging visitors to the office and random passers-by to work off Ukyo's debt, but sooner of later he would realize that he himself was both at neo & bee AND working at neo & bee. So his head exploded like in a 1960s Star Trek episode. Mind you, this is just speculation.

I was a part of the 0.001 round, the BTC price was roughly $120/BTC at the time. This equates to roughly $0.12 per share at 0.001 and $0.36 per share at 0.003. I assume this was due to the uncertainty of the response NeoBee would receive from the Bitcoin community. This would *almost* ensure they would receive atleast a few hundred thousand dollars in funding. Hope this clarifies things a little. Also this was for 600k shares.
I thought you might know...

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.msg5424980#msg5424980

Wow, I just got owned.
I forgot that I posted that, I did buy shares at the 0.001 angel investors round, however not enough that I thought it would be worth the argument.
At the time I only had about $2000 to my name, I bought roughly 1000 shares. Since you owned me so bad, I will see if I can get the logs from Bitfunder to prove it.
Thanks for ruining my credibility, I feel like Herp.
