One thing that you should notice about the recent Neobee crash is that the volume has been incredibly low. Only a couple of bitcoins could bring it back to it's IPO price.
As long as trading volume stays this low, the price is going to be incredibly volatile. So, sorry for those of you who are looking for a quick flip.
The real money from Neobee will be made when they start paying dividends which will take some time.
Bitcoin investors seem to be notoriously impatient.

No, now you're specifically introducing motivating factors which we as investors deserve to know. What's his 'skin in the game'? If I'm just playing with an idea and stick a few hundred into it, I don't really care if it fails. If I throw most of my bank balance into something, I'll work my fingers to the bone to make sure it works out. Furthermore, this is not the sort of thing you expect of someone running a bank before they sit before a parliamentary committee (from his twitter account on 18th March 2014): "At parliament for the discussion on #bitcoin this is no Westminster but just as much sin has taken place in here" Is that really professional? It is the truth. Do you want some more truth? That islands' banks have more dirt than swiss banks. Bankers know this, investors know this, anyone who wants to hide money knows this, the parliament knows this. Also, why are you asking a random poster about someone else's finances? Hmmm, Peter Harrison's post about Danny being an early adopter/miner puts many things into perspective for me. I don't think we're dealing with a professional here (I always suspected this, but that kind of confirms it for me). His foolhardy arrogance is probably the result of him making lots of money from mining and attributing that to brilliance rather than luck. Many early adopters are afflicted by this condition (see MPEX above). I always thought that, for him to be that ambitious and arrogant, he would have to be either a genius, extremely skilled, or a fool, a charlatan. I'm leaning on the latter even more now.
