You claimed that he was in Cyprus, in daily contact with his lawyers. Danny has stated that he was not in Cyprus. The two statements are mutually exclusive. One of you is lying. Which one?

That requires leaving Cyprus. Not being in Cyprus. Not being in two places at once. Like talking to a frickin' banana

@GreekGeek: I was speaking tongue-in-cheek. Another guy who did basically the same thing you are doing was accused of manipulating the market & being the cause of halted trading. Sorry If it wasn't obvious, no offence meant.

no offence taken but wouldn't it be the same if this guy sold the shares on Havelock?

Havelock IS the only market this asset is traded now. The apples guy made the forum sale, and that itself constitutes market manipulation.
One party, apples, acting in bad faith is sellong shares of the asset offmarket, essentially the "black market" if one could say something like that. He lied as to what his motives were at the beginning (nothing wrong with that on the web), but the action itself(the blackmarketing) is a reason for a trade stop, and an inquiry.
He probably was just trying to break his share into more smaller chunks and move it out to havelock, but his actions messed the game. So now we wait.

how can you have a black market if the only way to move shares is through Havelock or LMB Holdings I bought some for a friend and transferred them to him after he created an account , does that make me a black-market-seller(?)

Is there any specific regulation forbidding market manipulation on Havelock? Is it a Havelock rule? It is a panama rule? I mean, I get the common sense idea that market manipulation isn't allow... and I haven't looked into this so I don't know, but is there really anything forbidding market manipulation here?

its not a "not allow" thing, this is Bitcoinland, nothing is forbidden.
It is market rules. When *any asset* is traded in a centralised platform (like havelock is) and somebody is shelling the asset in the blackmarket at a lower price, this happens.
Trolls are trying to make it look as if apples had nothing to do with it. If apples was in the makret for the sale, he would have to abide with the market rules, meaning someone could stop his offer by placing another one.
He played the game, that is what happened. The trolls are just support, pretty much like the tweeter pumpers

Exactly and what the hell the 'Xfr' feature (on Havelock) is for anyway?

Well if you are not trading any asset in the designated market, if you are trading on the streets and in forums, you are trading in the blackmarket. easy as that.

Exactly and what the hell the 'Xfr' feature (on Havelock) is for anyway? Transfer is to move shares between accounts. Havelock forbids email changes, so you actually have to sign up for a new account to change the email. Then you need a way to transfer your own shares to yourself. It's also useful in a private sale if you know and trust your customer. You could avoid havelock fees in that case, but not sure it's worth the extra trouble.

Trading is frozen on Havelock right now, but can we still transfer shares between accounts?

There we are. Got some dinner and finished cleaning up this thread. Unlike other mods, I believe in the broken windows theory: This thread has gone unchecked for so long that people were pushed into off-topic trolling. So for the most part, I'll let this slide. The next time an off-topic post is made, however, I will take serious consideration about banning its poster. Permanently. You've been warned. Want to reply to this post? My gut says not for a while. Danny's latest CEO of Neo & Bee, Danny Brewster, has yet to make any official statements towards the news. However, he says he is currently out of the UK “resolving some big issues that were made much worse by people stating incorrect facts in a public forum.” from; https://coinreport.net/neo-bee-bitcoin-share-trading/He is not coming back but it appears he wants people to think he is. Mr Danny Brewster, message me I will tell you who I am and how I know information and same to a moderator who wishes to keep deleting my posts which are facts given by Danny himself. If you ask me I will tell you.
