I am still waiting for an explaination as to what happened to the unsold shares, and why were they were given away for free?

When will the financial report come out? I stand by my statement, if there is no financial report within the first ten days of April then I will sell off all my shares.

I am disappointed that the only statement we have gotten is a second hand remark from a news source nobody has heard of, it would be much better if some sort of statement came through an official channel.

I am quite interested to see what the first financial report will look like.

Seems like the shares are still there.
Be so kind and provide us with a source backing your claim of free shares by someone other than btcapples.

Well this temporary quote and his explanation to family are to very different. I honestly trust the families explanation and the shock on their face when I questioned them about him having 6 million euro for start up. I saw the quote, I read the quote however I am called source for a reason. You, sir, have been called out for you outlandish posts and I personally take your opinion with a grain of salt. There has been more intelligent information and evidence as to why this did not have legs. If you sat down and wrote them down you will see that this was coming.

There will be no report available, it will most likely follow pattern in past but excuse will be he is not in country. The financial report will show what has been shown here, shares gone down in price and no revenue to support.

What I am curious about is, at opening the board sat there, why has none of them come forward to release a statement? That there is a big one.

I wonder if this is connected to Danny's involvement with the WeExchange scam by Ukyo?

source? or did you just add that in for effect?

Look at the first post, LMB susidiaries gets 40% of the shares. But in the latest prospectus they have more like 60% of the shares, basically they were given all the unsold shares, I wonder if they paid for them?

Has a company ever had to pay for their own unsold shares during IPO?

Was just about to post something very similar:

Are you for real? The unsold IPO shares are their shares and they are fully entitled to them.

Are you for real? The unsold IPO shares are their shares and they are fully entitled to them.

We play this game:

I IPO my company, let's call it RetroBee, and issue 1000 shares, keeping 10 of those shares for my ... expertise.
The IPO is meant to raise $1000, selling at $1/share, making my 10 shares worth $10 -- a reasonable price to pay for my contribution Smiley
The IPO doesn't sell out -- you buy 100 shares, and ... no one else does.
Since I am the issuer, I keep the unsold shares.
After you've paid your hundred dollars, you have a 10% stake in RetroBee, a company worth one hundred dollars.
 A winrar is you!

I completely agree, a under-subscribed IPO is a disaster and should have been cancelled.

Not sure if this has been posted... too many pages to look through. From the v2 prospectus:
Quote
NOTE: Abusive requests may be denied, delayed, or subject to appropriate fees. Manipulation of share-transferring to circumvent fees may be considered as abuse of the system.
So selling shares via lmb internal transfers looks like it is considered abuse. I wonder what this means for people who purchased shares from btcapples.

Some good news!

The last time that Danny and his Rolls Royce Bentley were seen in Cyprus was at the bar of the mother of his fiance.

From the internet the details of the bar are:

Chesters Bar, Pyla 46 1st street, Pyla, Larnaaka, Cyprus

Tel 99129243

https://www.facebook.com/ChestersBarCyprus

When inquired about Danny the lady said "he is coming back to Cyprus soon".

Let us hope his does so and does not disappear with the 12,000 bitcoins raised in the IPVO.

I say this because how can I trust your word about anything if you think 12k bitcoins were raised (it was less than half of that.)

Absolutely agree with what you said about threats. Even though some people are angry at him, they should think before making such stupid, unacceptable and inhumane threats.

But don't you think that we, that believed in him and the Neo idea, deserve an explanation why he simply disappeared on 18 March? Was he disappointed for some reason? Any health problems? In any case he is the CEO of a listed company and cannot simply disappear leaving hunderds of shareholders, employees, investors, friends and people who believed in him in the dark and with millions in losses.

If you are in contact send him our regards and ask him to think rationally and return. There are many people that will help, support and protect him.
