I am trying to liaise with victims of the betking scam with the aim of getting UK Police to take a look at a case file that we hope might be enough for them to charge serial scammer Dean Nolan with fraud and then let the Court process take over which would hopefully end with him being jailed and his assets being confiscated only to be sold off to help reimburse victims. If things get that far any payment received might be fully or partial but since he scammed millions of USD$ from investor funds the current approximate amount of $400,000 he owes is tiny.
If enough investors come forward and an attempt is made to get UK Police to investigate, would you like to add 2 BTC to the outstanding claims list? I ask because serial scammer Dean Nolan did not pay you for the licence fee when he added your Crash software without consent, effectively stealing it.

Definitely some kind of problem, but I think you should wait until the admin wakes up and solves it, do not worry, this has already happened before. I am sitting here and waiting for information, hunting to try new strategies.

Bitcoin price currently skyrocketing. This is either a really good time to do maintenance, or a really bad time. I can't decide, what do you guys think?

Or maybe with bustabit down, people had to use bitcoin-itself to play bustabit?

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

That's stinks ... I can feel you , everyone do feeling blue when they lost and start correlating every single thing happened around , such as these new patch accusations... I've been there in your position , blame here and there .. having excessive anxiety due can't accept the fact that you busted the whole money you have and start looking to recover it through some loan funding still failed and back to blaming the game was rigged in various way. Grow up and accept the facts around you. There's no satisfying loss but there's a wise on accepting the losses , try to learn that, pal.

A few hours ago an otherwise minor bug caused bustabit's server to crash and bustabit remained offline for approximately three hours. I've deployed a fix for the issue and the game is running normally again now. Sorry for the downtime!

Yes, I also noticed that when a lot of people play, then the chance to earn less. When playing online kept in the range of 230 players then busts happens higher than 20x, when 280+ it is always less than 10x. Yesterday crashes in less than 10x was more than 50 times in a row, and many who I watched lost a deposit.

There have been nearly 730 MILLION bets on Bustabit [as of October 26th, 2019]. Over a 50 game sample, you are bound to find some crazy anomalies - some that benefit the player, some that benefit the house. I took a screenshot recently of an 11 game streak of 3.00x+ crashes on Bustabit. Despite the odds of this occurring hovering around ~0.0002%, nobody claimed the site was rigged then. There are resources available that allow you to verify that each round is fair. To learn more, go to the "FAQ" submenu, then choose "Is the game fair?"

People do not really take math and possibilities into consideration when they are complaining about the results. For example, I recently found out that in 50k bets of 2x on a dice game, you are bound to lose 10 times in a row 20% of the time, did you know that? Numbers could be hazy, I am trying to remember from memory but I know there was this huge unlikely event of losing too many losses in a row at 2x dice games having 20% loss chance.
This means if you play long enough (in this case crash game is playing itself even if you are there or not) that means there will be some unlikely looking things. That was one of the problems with real life poker players moving to online poker, in real life you get maaaybe 100 hands in an hour, probably more like 20 at most, but online you get to play thousands per hour so you get to see quads over flush more frequently of course.

The odds of losing 10 in a row at a 50/50 chance, is 1 in 1024 If you increase the game count to 50,000, you're bound to see 10 unfavorable outcomes in a row around 50 times.

Indeed this game is full random, at first we saw Nyan up to 10000x, then a few hours later there was a moment of huge drawdown of the deposit. But I do not lose hope to develop an algorithm that allows to quickly recover after a drawdown, for example like this: I have sniped for this user, but my balance was not enough.

People forget that even though there is a high chance you can lose in this game, there is also a chance to win big as well. For example, we talked about how 10 in a row is possible 50 times in 50k games right? Well, that means it is possible to hit 10 in a row good ones as well.
Yeah, there could be some people who lose big and win big but that doesn't really mean the game is rigged. It just means that there is possibilities in gambling and this was one of them, that is about it. So, when you see someone making huge profits back to back, that is just possibilities working out for him. This game is not starting when you click roll or something, it happens all the time.
I don't know how many rolls happen on a day here (never counted) but I am sure there is a lot of them which means there will be times when you lose a ton and there will be times someone else wins a ton and neither means this place is rigged.

I don't understand the people who call BaB rigged. I don't think most people realize what provable fairness is, and that it serves a very important purpose. You should have an understanding of how the sites provably fair methodology functions, and verify the games yourself if you're skeptical. Or like most, ignorantly call it rigged yet continue playing on the site.

Today's update introduced a display issue that caused some bets that were actually won to temporarily be shown as lost. Rather than revert to the previous patch version I will keep bustabit offline for a little longer while I fix the issue.

No, I'd rather just continue moving forwards.
