Wow, a User called Europol sure did a small cleanup yesterday in his session... 184 BTC were won.... I saw he ended up +213 BTC, and then posted something along the lines that having so much money is too much pressure and he doesn't deserve to be rich -- so he plans on killing himself and leaving the money to his family. He then deleted his account after that. I hope he's alright, seems like he's a bit overwhelmed with his win :/

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

I hope he was joking rather than reacting negatively to his overall winnings because nobody deserves to go through those rollercoasters of emotions. Deleting his account and making those comments surely seems like a bit of a bad sign regarding his mental welfare. Hopefully he is taking some time out to reflect and the situation is not as dire as it might seem. Wow, a User called Europol sure did a small cleanup yesterday in his session... 184 BTC were won.... I have seen it too, impressive I wasn't there when he won 184 so I can't say anything about it, but when you see stuff like that do not let it hype to gamble more carelessly. That is what I have seen from people multiple times. They see someone winning a lot of money and they think they can do it themselves as well and they end up gambling much more than they can afford to win like him as well but end up losing most of their money. What you need to remember is that these guys probably have a lot of money to gamble with and they do it frequently and sometimes they get lucky, look at how much he has gambled and will realize that it is definitely someone who is already rich and that extra 184 is not life changing for them or anything, it is still not a zero but not life changing neither. So, be careful what you are gambling with.

I agree. In order to be able to make such a profit even with high multipliers, you have to wager a lot of BTC. Probably only few of us can do that - at least without getting a bad conscience. And one must also say quite clearly ... to win with high multipliers you need a lot of luck. Thousands of users try this every day and lose similar amounts. In the end the statistics always win I just hope he wasn't serious about his statement. I can well imagine that such high profits are also psychologically difficult to process and make you post such things.

I hope he's alright, seems like he's a bit overwhelmed with his win :/ One thing I really wonder, did he deleted his account with all the money he made? Or is the money gone as well? If he took the money and deleted the account at least he has the money with him and he could do whatever he wants with the money, he could give it to his family or whatever and so forth, or the logical thing would be to get help from a professional psychologist so that he could be helped as well. But, if he deleted his account without getting the money, that means he has lost on 213 bitcoins which is 2 million dollars and that is an amount you can't afford to just ignore and forget, if he has any sort of trouble and didn't take 2 million dollars on top of all those problems, he will definitely be needing some huge help without a doubt. Hopefully whatever he has done, he gets help and get better.

One of his old friends before he won all the BTC threatened to dox him for some coins. Guess he tried to run from that, but didn't work in the end as he ended up folding and parting with some of the BTC.

I think it would be almost impossible for him to not have withdrawn the funds (winnings) before he closed the account. In any case, even if he closed the account and left the winnings he could probably write to the admin explaining what he did and he should be able to receive a manual payment. It is just too much money to leave behind, I think he probably has it withdrawn already. I hope he was joking rather than reacting negatively to his overall winnings because nobody deserves to go through those rollercoasters of emotions. I highly doubt he deleted his account without first withdrawing it... I hope/think it was just the excitement that made him say something like that. A question I do ask myself though... What would happen to the amount if he deleted his account with said money in his account? Would that money be gone, or where would the BTC end up?

I think that would be an extreme level to go to for a false flag style distraction. There is probably much more to this story than meets the eye but it might take a few weeks more before it all becomes known. You earn every time someone lose on the site, you get % that equal your invest amount. You could also lose. Since now investments are now all kelly 1x, you get % of investment amount someone lose proportionate to your invest stake in the bankroll.

Profit is not guaranteed, but like the saying goes "the house always wins". Short-term investing at Bustabit is almost certainly not the correct play, especially when you factor in the dilution fee (more on this later). If Bustabit ("the house") wins, a portion of their profits gets distributed proportionately amongst all bankroll investors. From the site's FAQ: bustabit receives 50% of the bankroll's net profits as a commission.
For example, say the bankroll's all-time high profit is 100 BTC, its current profit is 99 BTC and players combined lose a total of 4 BTC in a round. 3 BTC of that is net profit (exceeding the previous all-time high), so bustabit would receive 1.5 BTC and the remaining 2.5 BTC would go to the bankroll.
Source: https://www.bustabit.com/faq/bankroll-commissionIt's worth noting that every time someone bets money on the house, 2% of their investment is paid out proportionately to other bankroll investors. So if you invest today, other bankroll investors will receive a tiny cut of your 2% fee, in addition to whatever they earn/lose from players betting on BaB today. If someone bets on the house tomorrow, then you'll earn a small cut of their 2% fee. From the site's FAQ again: To capitalize on the dilution fee system, you will want to bet as much as you can on the house as early as possible. As you maximize your stake, you maximize your claim on future dilution fees.
https://www.bustabit.com/faq/dilution-feeI talk a little bit more about the site's bankroll investing opportunity in my Bustabit review, but honestly you can find most of the information you are looking for right in the FAQ.

Without wanting to start a tax discussion here now, you should clarify what this means for your coins before you invest. In some countries in e.g. the EU, the holding period is increased to 10 years until the coins are tax free through such investments - instead of the usual one year. This can considerably reduce the potential profit from the investment and can become a problem, especially with larger quantities of BTC, if these may not be sold for 10 years without having to pay very high taxes. Depends of course now strongly on the country in which you live, just wanted to give it a thought.

if you read on what Daniel said about the subject then you can also read that the winner was thinking about suicide.... It was a life changing amount for him. I Quote Daniel:
Suicide is really not a solution to anything but just ignoring the problem all together. We know that from outside we are thinking about helping people who are thinking about it, and it is a very serious topic, it is the most important topic in a person's life, it is death, there is nothing that is more serious than death in the world. However helping someone who does something like this will not be easy, it is a very very sensitive subject that anything you could say probably already crossed that persons mind. I mean it is end of all their life if they actually go through with it, don't you think they have considered everything possible. The only sort of help they could get which could actually help them is a professional one, nothing we say here could help them but a professional could really change things around (or maybe couldn't) and I hope he seeks for it.

When you are investing into a casino you should always know about the variations. A lot of times your investment will move like crazy because this is a casino and people do act a bit weird in casinos. For example some dude can come in with 100 bitcoins, earn 200 bitcoins total, and lose all of it together all in one hour. This means your investment will go down a lot and gain a lot after that, all in an hour.
So, if you are investing for future profits, you should know to hold all of your money in investment for a long period, if you don't and get out very quickly on first loss, you will definitely make a loss. If you want to calculate the gains, you should check how much is wagered and calculate 1% house edge on that and check the total investments and divide that profit to that bankroll and see how much you can earn on average.
