Many people have lost fate in crypto due to the dragging near market hence they are trying to cut losses and pull out by selling all their holdings. The smarter ones though are waiting it out and doing every thing they can to amass more , invest more to earn more profits when the bull run comes.

People think that if they do not trade coins, then it will go down. The market is very unpredictable, its behavior is very difficult to predict. You must understand yourself whether to risk it or not, wait a month or two before trading your coins.

Even till now, i still feel most altcoins should still be on hodl, because the market has every tendency to to rise. Personally, I don't believe in any altcoins except ethereum. Therefore, I am selling my alt coins when it reaches my aim. They are only for earning money for me.

I am selling my alts, yes, but not all alts that I am selling because some have a future and some are just some shitcoins on the market to run with our money. I mean the pump and dump coins. Some coins are not meant to be part of your long term hodlings portfolio.

Many altcoin holder feel that. Many altcoin investor do not want to hold for long term because many similiar project with others altcoin. But many good altcoin woth to invest for long term like NEO or WAN or RVN because they have solid developers team and working product

Personally I only sell my hokdings if I needed to or if I need money other than that I don't sell any of my altcoins if I can't make any profit out of it. The key to holding is knowing what to hold. You can't just hold coins that you like, you have to know wether it has potential or if it will stay relevant for a long time other wise you will be wasting your time holding coins that is not promising.

for me, i will selling my altcoins soon if i need some urgent money.
or if i think that coin haven't good future.
but if not, i prefer to holding it.

In some kind of coins, I see very profitable prospects and keep them in my wallet for the time being, and on some I earn by selling them at the moment when they reach a good price. Basically it's coins that I get as a reward for bounty.

Projects of this kind appear, because many continue to want to make a profit, and earn quick money.

They are only who know it's good or bad, because we can only see bad things, while they may have plans from the beginning why they chose to sell. I'm sure of that, because people usually didn't do it without careful thought, moreover that's the thing that makes him lose.

Yeah yo are right with this act most people are to show that altcoins has no potentials, therefore holding onto it could be some kind of burden to you later. But hey, there are some really nice altcoins out that are making some good names for themselves. Stop this act since you might live to regret you decisions some years to come.

This thread is old, but some discussion is still interesting! One of the reasons people sell some of their altcoins is precisely because they do not have what to do with them being that 90% of people who buy altcoins expect some return on BTC and not use altcoin for anything... After a long time and some damages, I have taken the dynamics of this world or at least are beginning to understand some behaviors... Try to find the maximum application and understanding of the altcoins that you have some interest, otherwise, it will only target the pump-dump as a cycle.

I only sell my coin or my token when I needed a financially problem. Because right now, the only way I can get easy money is by investing in the ico or joining in bounty campaign. And the rewards I earned, I cash out in it via fiat.

I never sell any coins which i don't make a profit on the investment i made, so it is very good to hold them until the market starts recovering our prices. If you sell them at the current prices you will make very less profit compared on your investment.

I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it's way to early to be selling your altcoins. It's like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

Because everyone needs money, they need cash. At present, crypto is not mainstream. Anyone needs to rely on cash for their survival. So everything is done to make money for life. This is why I will choose to sell some of my crypto the reason.

Because in 2018 the cryptomarket is falling and tokens are becoming cheaper more often than they are becoming more expensive. Therefore, the faster I sold, the more money I received.
If you did not sell your tokens in February, then in September, at their best, 20% remained.
