I had a payout that vanished too. I asked them and they said there was a system error.

Although it's a relief to have at least made a withdrawal as I know it's not a simple now.

I did some investigation today and it seems they are mining on eligius and eligius has not payed them since 6.10.2014
So for the payments it seems ok. They have not gotten anything from the pool so they have not paid anything either.
At the moment it seems that eligius has to solve 2 more blocks for them to pay bitmine.io

Hi there, today i noticed that one of the 5 hashing modules (CoinCraft Desk) shows just 51Gh/s. i see nothing in the log related to that, all seems to be Ok, but i'm missing about 150Gh/s. Anybody had the same thing? any clues how to solve this? I tried reloading cgminer and rebooting the box, same thing.

Lots of could bees. Could be the back-plane, could be a loose component on the cards. Could be temperature, could just be it's a POS...

I've got 9 Rigs I've been struggling with for months with no good support from the Bitmine Mafia...

They don't even answer their emails for the l couple of weeks. $22k of swiss quality junk...
I have four 1TH/s CoinCraft Desk units, and last week a module died on one unit, so it is down to 800GH/s. The module just doesn't appear on the main page any more.

Another one has had a dead module since the start and another has had underperforming modules since the start. I get about 800 GH/s each out of those units.

Only one unit out of four gives 1TH/s.

These are the least reliable miners I have ever owned.

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.

What do you think about go to Swiss with few people from all Europe in the same day?
Who can ride with me to Swiss and check what this company do and speak with them face to face and demand our money!
We don't leave their company until they give us money back. Otherwise we can wait another year.

What do you want to check?

They are operating a building for assembly and office space in Switzerland, but as they have designed their new miners for the cloud, they are most likely delivered directly to Iceland.

I would guess that these units either arrive in Iceland fully assembled, or are assembled there as it would make little sense sending them on a detour to Switzerland first.

From what I have heard, cloudhashing is operational, so if you like not having to worry about your hardware either have your bought units turned into cloud hashing contracts, or wait for your refund.

STAY THE F.CK AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Recent purchases for in stock hardware have been delivered promptly and are working as advertised.

While there was some delay in cloudhashing deployment, it seems like it is working fine now as well.

I further don´t see the point in trying to lower their reputation, (based on past production problems that have been solved for months now)
especially if they still owe you money, as you are directly affected by their current operations and shouldn´t hinder them from doing business....

Their cloudhashing offer has quite a competitive pricing (compared to other cloudhashing providers), so if you want to invest in some cloud hashing, this could be a good chance.

Maybe you are a lucky guy, but how about the rest of the people ?
I am still waiting for the REFUND for my full paid order #3876 which was placed on December 4, 2013.
And in my situation are many others persons who don't trust the quality of the Bitmine.ch's products (look how many ASICs are broken !) or this new "adventure" with the cloud mining.

@Crocko
Regardless, as bitmine owes you money you are basically an investor in bitmine.

You therefore shouldn´t make negative claims about them, especially as their initial production problems have been solved for months and in stock miners are delivered swiftly and on spec.

Crocko is NOT an investor with bitmine (@crocko, i think so, pls correct me if so).

He is a customer of bitmine and bitmine didnt fullfill the contract (delivering or refunding)
And crocko isnt the only one with them. there are looooots of people still waiting for refund months over months delayed!

and for the negative claims, they maybe have solved there initial production problems, but there are still far away from a correct functioning business which makes their customers pleased.
and as long they do not solve they debts they are still scammers for the people they owe something.

If bitmine owes Crocko money, he is basically an investor in bitmine, and should act accordingly. (Because bitmine owes him money, he "owns" a part of the company).

If bitmine fails, he doesn´t get any money back.

If they succeed, he gets his money + bonus back.

Its as simple as that.

Bitmine has shown that they are able to produce and deliver product according to spec and on time for quite some time now.
You should therefore try and give them a chance of conducting business properly, and not throw additional stones in their way.
At the end of the day, it is in everybodys best interest that bitmine sells enough miners and contracts so that everyone can get a piece of the pie.

I am not an investor in Bitmine, I am just a simple customer like many others from this forum.
And Bitmine AG it is not a company based on shareholders, so I don't own any part/percent of the company !
The worst thing on Bitmine.ch is the lack of communications.
Even on the official website aren't news regarding the hot subjects like "refund", "cloud mining" etc.
I received long time ago an email from Bitmine.ch where I was practically forced to choose between "prompt" delivery of an overpriced and not-so-trusty ASIC and this cloud mining contract. Obviously, the 3rd choice, the refund , was the last and for me their proposal was for the end of September..
Now it is Oct. 10, so what shall I think about the Bitmine ??

"If bitmine fails, he doesn´t get any money back."

If bitmine fails, as a creditor in the company he still has a claim on the assets of bitmine,
and (is ahead of the investors holding equity) in the queue to get paid.

Pay the refunds already or at least get better lies. On second thoughts, just pay the refunds.

Hiring a lawyer would be cheaper for me, so I wish you be best of luck, and congratulations on your first post.

As an aside, if you have followed the BFL threads, it seems that BFLs contributions to the pool of miners has stopped.

It is hard to tell for sure from the outside whether BFL's business model is broken but if it is, the US government
is unlikely, imho, to resume selling miners.

That means the difficulty growth rate is slower so my expectations for ROI are now probably too low, though I doubt that
a rate of 2.5 BTC per THash per year would be exceeded without further changes in the bitcoin space. As in any
venture, be sure to do your own research.

Tell me one think. They make and sell over 90% of devices. They have our money from this. But they told everybody they can refund money because company have financial problem.
Yeah right. They take our money and invest them with another business connected with bitcoin. Now they have in business plan that can refund people few $ when bitcoin price be over 500 $.
This company need to refund almost 500 000 $ and 170 bitcoin.
1000 bitcoin was sended to the new invest program. Normal people who have ordered near lawyer cost can w8 another year for refund. Its bull shit talking.
So now I need to cooperate with them and lose more money?
Who got refund?
Who got coupon on cloud mining and CAN PAYOUT BITCOIN?
Who? Tell me. Find only one person on over 5000 orders. Find just one.
