I ordered 2 Rigs from them but they still have technical problems to make these run. Now I received the 1TH/s CoinCraft Desk servers instead (double capacity) but I can't run them all here.

Anyone interested in buying some brandnew Desk servers for a sharp price? I am located in The Netherlands nearby Amsterdam.

If thats the case give me a share of your company according to my transferred amount! Even if you offer the hosting version you will be late with that as well...

Who the f**k trust you anymore?

By the way who believes this sh*t when You cant even refund 1 person per day??

Small poor starting company... Do you need a hug?

"Hosted mining plans now available starting at $1/GH!" I'm curious if anyone will benefit from this offer. Past experience indicates that 80% of Bitmine's information is false or inaccurate. So you expect preorders, seriously?

from bit mine.ch:

Q: Can you hold up with the promised delivery terms? Or will it be like with BFL with 1+ years of continuous delays?

A: Our top priority is accurate project planning in order to be able to fully respect our delivery terms without added details. We understand that continuously shifting delivery terms is very annoying to our customers and as such we plan most details before going into production. We are so confident that we will respect the delivery terms that on all of our Coincraft-based products you are protected by our Customer Protection Plan.

Then, when you were 2 - 3 months late, you spent CCP money on chips?  Maybe you should take this off your faq... Terms with your current customers is clearly not your top priority.  No one is really protected by that if you don't have money to back it up.

At least, they did post a message on the website with more details, but I think they should pay all the refunds in the agreed terms of the TOS, otherwise some lawyers will make them pay a lot more money. The explanation will not hold in any court, because it is wrong management. (some kind of gambling)

So the answer on your question is clear, they really urgently need the money, and they don't give a f*ck on new (also existing) customers.

Dont throw any money or bitcoins to switzerland. They have not learned anything from the disaster this year. If i take a look at their product descriptions, coindesk 1TH is still announced as being able to hash with 1.5 TH which is simply not true, they keep lying over and over again. Giorgio has not realized that "up to" means the machine is "theoretical able" to reach the 1.5 TH which is in reality due to the bad firmware and bad modules not possible.
At least they deliver a "miner", more than nothing, but less than promised.

Oh sry, I have to leave this thread asap, I realize that I got more and more angry again writing theses lines....

They just answered my phone call, and an email yesterday, so that's good.  I'm starting to feel a bad for Karim.  Poor guy needs to deal with all us crazies who need money back.  He gave me my queue position, and said about 2 people a day are getting refunds.

Do you really believe it?
This is just another lie!

If they want to do something about the reputation, they should be open about the refund queue! Mail or call the refunders when they can expect the money or bitcoins back, and do so!!

They have told me (and a lot of other refunders) al the time the same....it will be paid in 10 to 15 days, it will be paid this week...etc

In march or april they did allready know that they could not pay the refunds anymore, but instead of telling it, they only told about "a delay"...yeah right a delay of 3-4 months!

After sitting for for 1.5 months on the refund queue for my 2 TH/s Rig (fully paid in October 2013), I decided to "cut my losses" and convert my order to CoinCraft Desks.

My email started like this:
Quote
Dear Bitmine,

I would like to open a dialogue with you.

I have applied for a refund, however I understand that if you refund me you will take a 10% loss.

How about we work out something where you still make some profit, and I get a reasonable hashrate for my money?

I received a reply on the same day, and we worked out a conversion to CoinCraft desk units that I'm "happy" with.

Obviously a refund + 10% would be better for me, but I know it is easier for them to deliver product (and make a profit) then deliver a refund (and make a loss)... and I decided to take the chance on getting hardware rather than a refund that didn't seem to be materialising any time soon.

I'm just trying to make the best of a bad situation, I just wish I had thought of it a lot earlier.  I kept hanging on thinking that the Rigs would be ready soon.

Kudos to anyone who received a refund, you've done better than me.

Bitmine were very helpful and responsive with getting my Rig order fulfilled as Desks... and fast! They shipped my order immediately and the units arrived 9 days later (in New Zealand, including a few days delay at customs).

Now I have four Desk units to set up... and unfortunately I have issues with two of them not hashing, and one under-performing.

CCD1 and CCD4 - cgminer starts, then quits.  Get some hash rate, some shares on pool, then cgminer quits.
0 GH/s
Cgminer Logs

cgminer not connected

CCD2 - looks like module 1 is under-performing (also 4 and 5 a little bit)
870 GH/s
Module 1 => 116.90 Gh/s
Module 2 => 196.06 Gh/s
Module 3 => 196.87 Gh/s
Module 4 => 181.11 Gh/s
Module 5 => 178.88 Gh/s

All my CCD units are on Firmware version 201406101155.

Can someone please help me get my two Desk units hashing?  I want to get them running first, then I'll think about what I can do with the under-performing unit (if anything).

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.
