@Red Star Mining: "Bitmine are still delivering as we took delivery of 5(TH/s) off them last week.  Plus we are working with them to possibly buy some none standard 800(GH/s) devices off them."

I wish you success in working together, for me Bitmine died. In BTC mining "time is money". It turned out that Bitmine dont know this and they lost a lot of money, our money. They had a great trust and also lost it.  How do you see their future?

Now that they have probably very nearly shipped all their pre-orders that are not refunding.  Then if they can now sell in stock miners at a competitive price.  Then no will care about their history much.  Especially if they accept credit cards for the in stock miners.  As you have three months at least to do a charge back with a credit card.

WOW, You inspired me to ask Bitmine "support" about my CCP. I'll do it now and I'll share info.
I too have not received my CCP units for Nov orders and I have already asked them about it. Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi,@giorgiomassa,
emergency!!!!

here is a big problem, five hashing units of your product are broken itself..I contact your tech support,Mr/Miss. Christian, maybe he or she was busy and not reply me yesterday...

So, what should I do now? send the broken hash board to you directly?with the  RMA code Christian told me before?,at that time, just 2 broken hash modules, but now, up to 5 broken modules..so I use the same RMA code ?
and address is :
to: Bitmine AG
centro la monda 2
6528 Camorino
Switzerland
??

I think I'd better send the broken modules back to you and you can check and fix them or change me a new one?....it's really bad experience in using your products(so many broken modules after using less than 20 days)...it's not as so good as I thought before....I don't know why but they just didn't work itself Suddenly..I didn't touch anything.I use turbo light model and power save light model....
and I check backplane(the red one), cables, PSU...everything is ok? and I power them off completely and power them on again, but still not work..they are not shown on the webinterface at all....

please let someone reply me as soon as possible....

Try to carefully remove the backplane and reconnect it, sometimes it works.
Also try to connect only 1 module to the PSU, see if it works.

If it does not work any module is the power supply, I happened to me and it took me the party € 290 and of course the service from bitmine still have no answers, they have not changed me or anything I think I give anything as by now we all know you're not performing or returns.

Try to check for loose connection between the backplane and the gpio connectors on the RPi (its quite hard to see in there though)
After that either the backplane or the RPi could be faulty, most likely the backplane though. Try to contact bitmine and see if they can send you a replacement backplane while you send yours back.

RPi means Raspberry Pi??

you mean the connectors connect backplane to Raspberry Pi? if that, I also checked, not loose, it's ok..
I check the backplane by connecting good modules one by one on it..it work..really strange...it sames to me the backplane is ok?

besides ,one broken module is not broken all, it just run half hash as usual when it work with other modules on the same backplane..
but other four...totally not work at all..

They don't seem to have made any bitcoin transfers recently, so I'm guessing this was a wire transfer?

dplus, do you mind saying what % the 2-3k is of the whole amount? You should also remember that you are entitled to 10% more than you paid under CPP.
