Hi It's now 28 days since your preorder started. I'm still processing and I've paid and ordered within 30 minutes when sales started. Estimated delivery time should be 0, since I chose local pickup. Or is everyone, that ordered an Avalon and now chose to order a CoinCraft instead of refund, automatically in front of the people which ordered for the first time? I'm thinking about buying an upgrade with the discount., but I wont if I don't know my position in the queue. However, I'll knock on your door the first day they getting shipped anyway. Regards

on 50BTC they have the coincraft desk with 55nm chips for purchase for October devilry !!! I am really confused , which chips are these?
I do not get it, I even may ordered the wrong miner, my order show coincraft desk 800 Gh/s but it doesnt state the 28nm chip and it doesn't state the delivery date as well!!! can you assist please ?

Yes, you enter the shipping queue only once the payment has been cleared. If it's in Bitcoin, it's immediate. If it's wire transfer, depending on your location in the world, it can be from 1 to 5 business days. This applies to any order, if it's placed directly through our website or through one of our licensed distributors.
So after having paid your order is being placed into shipping queue and gets an estimated shipping date associated?

I tried to send you an email to info [at] bitmine.ch but apparently your email is flooded because I received an email with delivery status undelivered.
Anyway. In Sept 26th I placed a reservation queue order which then I paid and got the confirmation message of my payment in Sept 30th. My Order No. is #1975.
I have a couple of questions.
1. What's my place in the production line? Am I the customer 1975 or 975? 2. When is the delivery date? I didn't receive any message stating my delivery date in my order. And I read all your pages and in the customer protection program states the following
Once your order is paid and confirmed, it enters in the shipping queue where you will be assigned a number that denotes what position you have and the agreed shipment date.
I really appreciate your comments.

Giorgio: can we get an updated shipping estimate?
The last update mentioned new orders would ship in December, but that update was on Sept. 25, well over 2 weeks ago.
There doesn't seem to be any other delivery estimates on the site. Will new orders paid today still ship in December?
Also, Puppet has a valid point. You might want to tweak the marketing speak.
