Why do you ignore my emails? You have no arguments? Then simply return the Bitcoins and all will be well.

I'm afraid we all agreed to a 'no refunds' policy when placing the order

Hi,

We have answered all of your questions and your situation has been already carefully evaluated. We explained you very politely that as per the terms of sales that you agreed on when placing the order, the refund is NOT possible unless it is more than 61 days late.

Please, in the interest of all of our other customers stop to pollute this thread and make your requests by e-mail in case you have any additional questions.

Thank you

It looks like the e-mails from giorgiomassa/gotah don't get to FSB (are quietly filtered or similar), so he thinks there were no answers.
My proposition is to use forum PM (private message) system, so there will be no problem with e-mails going to null and with polluting the thread.

Hey Giorgio.

Any updates on how the CoinCraft Desk and CoinCraft Rigs miners are coming?

We don't want another BFL experience. Sorry if I'm being an ass here but I think we all deserve to be treated respectfully as customers.

Would be great if you can post something about the production line or something to keep your customers updated.

Thanks

I'm not sure if Bitmine missed to post a link in this thread or I missed the related post, but from their news section (https://bitmine.ch/?p=2535) the FPGA-based chip emulation passed validation, which essentially means chip will be hashing. Quite a significant step and for sure worth mentioning.

Thanks Zefir... good to hear that.

We are keen on getting revised chip specs (drawings) that resolve issues we noted in your chip buy thread.

I got you discussed this with Giorgio and he will try to consider your feedback for the final packaging specs. After I recently also got some last-minute changes  for the host-interface accepted, we could almost classify this as community driven chip development Wink

Good Luck with your WASP

Yes we got right now the revised specs from the IC packaging house and hope to release them within today. Mostly, the issues pointed out by your engineer are related to missing quotes, but a bigger change that has been made is the pins spacing which was too small for them to be mounted on 70um copper PCB, now d1 is 0.45mm.

Will get you the specs asap!

Thanks... and to you on yours.

The more we catch now the better, glad to see a few people on this. Might be good to swap details.

Fingers crossed for spec release and some relief we hope.

Just a short question, whats the difference between the desk and the rig version? I just stopped by and was wondering.

Is it just the size and the upgradeability of the rig? Do they have the same asic chip models inside?
thank you

Hey i asked exactly the Same question. They have the same chips inside, but the density of the PCB Design is not so high. But dont Quote me on that, i really should have listen closer to the Guy from bitmine.
The desk Modell uses more power than the rig Model. 1,3w GH/s vs 0,7GH/s.

Hope They were Doing well, have a higher amout in preorder than with knc, but this Thread is slithgly smaller than the knc thread

Has any additional information been released about the power supplies that will be used on the Desk and Rig models? Can customers with 110V AC go for the full 2 TH/s Rig? Seems like you might need dual power supplies from 2 separate circuits.

I am low on amps and outlets in my basement, so I have to start thinking about these things, LOL. Because of this uncertainly I only ordered the 1 TH/s Desk model even though I would have preferred  2 TH/s.

Whats this about needing two circuits? If in turbo mode it's utilising 3kilowatts, well thats only like having a 3kilowatt heater plugged into the socket... whats the difference?

You can't plug a 3kW heater into a standard 110/115/120V 15A/20A circuit.

You can't plug a 3kW heater into a standard 110/115/120V 15A/20A circuit.

That's why you should use 240V circuits.

I just rewire my 120V outlets onto 2-pole breakers and voila.  I just be sure to label them and make sure I don't plug anything into them that can't take the voltage.

A bit safer would be to also replace the outlets with 240V-style outlets, and get 240V-style IEC cables:
