Their model isn't that good, the fact that they pay upfront allows a user to claim payment before going to another campaign, making the campaign useless.

They have such a low payment that it doesn't matter much. When I was Junior I joined them for two weeks and got less than $1 worth of bitcoin, from signature + giveaway thread in games and rounds.
 And anyone that just claim and run is risking to be neg reputed, not worth the risk for at most few mBTC.

I really like the idea of not paying per post...it will stop many of the useless posts we see all over the forum.  I think that changing how the pay structure works is a good thing for sure.

Well it certainly is when you've got nearly 1000 points. People need to be realistical here and try make suggestiions that don't completly benfit them. Of course someone who only makes 50posts and has a ridiculous amount of activity is going to want to be paid like so. If you are able to make a ton of posts every month you will want a pay per post with high limits, and I'm sure Jnr Members will want to get paid for being Jnr members too.

I made 300 posts a month for a year with no payments.  Now I make 500 posts a month.  I am retired and I  am more int btc/alt coins then ever.

So whether  it changes to  200 or 100 or 50 I going to post 350 to 500 times a month.

This is stunna's game so whatever he does is fine by me.  I started with 4060 this july 17th

 I was  at 4055 when I collected payment  for 400 posts.  I made more then 530 posts for jun to july.   So to be generous  I said I was at 4060 which is giving 5 posts away.

I know I can give away 5 posts because I am going to post more then 500 posts for this segment.


 I am now at 4209 so that is 149 already.  So I am on pace for around 600 which makes sense due to the s-3 being released.   And some will be bullshit because I do toss around a bit of bull once in a while. Most of my posts are on point and are an effort to help to world of digital coins even the ones with a bit of bull.
 

To me Since I know I will post 300 or more a month all I really want is a campaign to stay around.

I have done 2x with stunna and before him 1x time with ritz casino.

So whatever stunna wants I am all for it even if he chooses to end the campaign since it is his money.

The last time Stunna talking about the payment structure is the following, but there are no details yet.

This will probably be the last term of pay per post, could still switch it up for this term but figuring out a fair pricing model for that is challenging.

PD3 is launching this term so it is important for us to sustain the full advertisement group. I do have plans to switch to a flat payment/pay per activity within 1-2 terms after I figure out pricing.

Who's our boss? This is not a job. This is him paying you in-exchange for renting him your signature space. If people are talking about the most "fair" way to do this, its pay by post. A user that posts 500-600x a month is worth more than a user that posts 50, 60x a month. Why? Because each post is another time his ad is shown. Thats all there is to it. I post a couple hundred times a month and will continue to do so regardless of whether this campaign continues, but if people really want to cut down on spam, making it so that you only need to post 50x to receive the max payment would make buying accounts that much more popular. Just post 50x, bam. Next account. In order to get a good return with pay per post they would need to post several hundred times a month, which is just not possible to do on multiple accounts. I don't even see all this spam people are talking about, but that may just be because I only ever post in the marketplace / project development sections really.

Whatever Stunna does is fine, I would like to thank him for giving people a good way to get an extra $50 bucks of BTC every month and keeping this forum active

When you have a job, you go to work and perform the work that your boss asks you to do in exchange for your salary. I would agree that this is not a "job" but rather members here are more like independent contractors.

When people are paid by the post they have an incentive to post more, and to not post things that would likely be read (meaning a lot of spam) this would cause the effectiveness of each post to go down.

I think that payment per activity is much better as long as the min post per month is not too low or high. This will get members to post enough so stunna gets more "bang" for his "buck"
