people should post less here....it's not in the interest of our boss.....and in consequence not ours

Who's our boss? This is not a job. This is him paying you in-exchange for renting him your signature space. If people are talking about the most "fair" way to do this, its pay by post. A user that posts 500-600x a month is worth more than a user that posts 50, 60x a month. Why? Because each post is another time his ad is shown. Thats all there is to it. I post a couple hundred times a month and will continue to do so regardless of whether this campaign continues, but if people really want to cut down on spam, making it so that you only need to post 50x to receive the max payment would make buying accounts that much more popular. Just post 50x, bam. Next account. In order to get a good return with pay per post they would need to post several hundred times a month, which is just not possible to do on multiple accounts. I don't even see all this spam people are talking about, but that may just be because I only ever post in the marketplace / project development sections really.

Whatever Stunna does is fine, I would like to thank him for giving people a good way to get an extra $50 bucks of BTC every month and keeping this forum active
When you have a job, you go to work and perform the work that your boss asks you to do in exchange for your salary. I would agree that this is not a "job" but rather members here are more like independent contractors.

When people are paid by the post they have an incentive to post more, and to not post things that would likely be read (meaning a lot of spam) this would cause the effectiveness of each post to go down.

I think that payment per activity is much better as long as the min post per month is not too low or high. This will get members to post enough so stunna gets more "bang" for his "buck"

Shaky, I kinda agree with you.  For me the most elegant program is the bitmixer.io program you're using.  The only problem is the terrible rate of pay.  If stunna goes to a pay per activity but also keeps his rates high then I think it would be fine.

Has anyone heard any update on the new payment structure from stuna

Any updates on the payment system will be shown in the post #1 of this thread. Until then, it is sheer speculation and guesswork... Cool

Your post are rolled over to the next month. Therefore, if you made 40 constructive post, just add the amount you posted next month +40 and you will get the payment. You need not re-enroll

I think it was actually 2 months ago. I've been inactive over the last few months so I can't really tell when I enrolled. I'll just re-enroll to make it easier for both Stunna and myself Tongue. Especially since the maximum postcount is 400 a month.

You only enroll once, then claim the month you reach at lest 50 posts to claim.

Multiple enrollments is unnecessary and only will trouble Stunna.

EDIT: there is now  a new google form stuff you need to fill to enroll, and a enrollment list you need to be in before the 17th.

Yes, they have an incentive to post more if they are being paid on a per post basis, but what's wrong with this (from an advertiser's point of view) as long as their posts remain constructive and contribute to the discussion? If you begin spamming, scamming, or trolling, you risk forfeiting your payment altogether... Cool

Even posting in this thread keeps it on top in the Services section of the forum! Cool

The problem is that by looking at the post history, they cannot tell if the topic's response was rephrased from another person's response. By changing it to pay per activity, Stunna can go through their post carefully since people would usually post less and evaluate whether he should pay the person.

For everyone who signed up before the form system, they must re-enroll again. Stunna said this a few months ago, he would not want to key in everyone's post count into the form, it would take some time.

Does he actually go through a ten thousand++ post? I believe people post over that, even if hilariousandco is that active, he may not be able to check all the post. However, with a new payment system, I believe it can be cut down to 5-7 thousand which can be easier for him to go through most of the posts.

Have you yourself ever seen anyone actually doing this here? It would be far easier and safer to register a few accounts here and then copy posts from some obscure forum (letting someone answer "your" posts in-between)... Cool

There have been a few different bots doing this. A lot of ones copying threads and then replies from Reddit. They usually get caught pretty quickly or eventually and they're easy to spot if you know what you're looking for. Haven't seen any in a while though. Probably figured it wasn't worth it or maybe they got smarter and have become undetectable  Cheesy.

Such people are reported by Hilarious, and they are banned pretty fast... Cool

I'm curious how many times you reported on me... Cheesy

I hope stunna doesn't lower the payment rates, the 0.4 is very important to me, unemployment in my country is insane so this is an awesome extra  Cry

I shouldn't imagine he will be reducing the amount (I hope not) I can't say that's he's going to increase it either because the current payments seem to be doing good but limiting people on activity will reduce the amount of people earning the maximum amount. But what I think he will do is have 0.4 Bitcoin only for hero members and then it starts to decline from there.

If it goes to a fixed amount you'll get more per post but less overall. On the other fixed deals you pretty much get double what PD is paying but it's only for 50 posts. I'm sure Stunna will better their rates/payment in some way though.

I'm confused, perhaps you can enlighten me, whats with all the talk of rates changing and fixed amounts etc. Whats the issue with the current system? Is someone paying higher ?
