How can we know whether the enrolment form submitted is accept or not?

At the moment, I don't think there is any immediate way; you'll have to wait for Stunna to update the list with the users who have enrolled. You can see the list here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=291387.msg7421598#msg7421598 - it was last updated July 22.

Other than that, if everything went well with the enrollment step and you have no trusted negative feedback (the red warning on your trust rating), you are automatically accepted into the campaign.

Based on the list Stunna released, you are not on the list. Are you one of those who filled in the wrong profile instead of this? (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=148493). Or you didn't even claim it using the form at all?

At least here your lower and upper lines are smaller than mines, so part of the message from signature has no floor or ceil(part of the @Primedice). More or less what happened  with the member that tried to use the full member signature.

My signature has all the @Primedice covered.

Just to make this clear. Top one not correct (thats what happens if you use the full member sig as member), bottom one correct (for Full Members).
