There aren't much spams. Most people want to ask questions about the campaigns and clarify things with the community. Posts actually help it to bump to the top of the service section, attracting people's attention to join. People most probably won't join a campaign which have locked thread as they May think it's closed.

Honestly these rates are fine! However he should pay less for normal members and more for senior and hero members due to signature sizes.

Going back to the very first time he started the campaign would also work. It was a tier rate system so 50-100 posts would payout 0.05 and 101-200 would pay 0.1 then 300-400 would pay 0.3 and so on to 100 posts or so.

Something like that . Like if u make min 50 posts in that period u get paid fixed rate + u will be able to have referral link in ur sig so that can potentially bring u big earnings .

I go through my post and I would have a rough idea of how much I need to deduct as non constructive post. I subtract the enrolled post count from the post made that month and roughly estimate the amount of non constructive and deduct it too. I usually fill it up on 17th.

it could be constructive yes. for example, once makes a very good suggestion and you +1 it it is like a voting for it to be computed....but yea i get the point.
