They planned a total of 5000000 Cryptoshares for the bounty program. It makes no sense to remove scammers but maintain their stakes out of distribution.

After they have remove all the scammers they should recalculate amount of tokens per stake, for fair users.

Well, in the iota community, when a kot of people used online Password generators, and hacks started happening because of that, the community started to stop approving transactions from some nodes to try to stop some people to lose money, and give them time to send their money to a new uncompromissed address
Its just that by doing these things, we could be come more crypto trust worthy
