Scammers are everywhere. I just heard this news about a man who was able to create this organization of Overseas Workers in their country because he was able to start his career as a radio personality that helps them in their time of need. Once their membership swelled to the thousands he set up an investment firm which tells them that their money can he invested at his companies and will earn a monthly profit. After amassing like 50 million of their currency the man just vanished.

Moral here is that scammers are everywhere and not just in crypto. You just need to be very careful as what can be done or what you can do to so that you will be scammed and be able to get your investments worth.

i got your frustration. The only weapon we need is regulations from world leaders (G20 etc) to eradicate these scammers to oblivion. Incentivization to destroy these scammers are good too, but technicalities would be very challenging since this kind of incentivization based efforts are open to exploitation.

Most of the ICO are really terrible and awkward. Most of them are greedy and fraudulent cashing on investors trust and  do them in. This is very bad and evil that has negate the intentions of Nakamoto and his friends. Hope one day there will be away to sieve between the charve and the grain.

Is it really possible to totally abolish scam coins or ICO? One thing i can deduce is that they will keep coming, even if the market flushes them. They might not be tired of duping the innocent ones in crypto, just because they feel they do not have the right info.
It is now left for us as investors or bounty hunters to carryout adequate research before participating in any project. The new comers should also try to learn before joining any project.

No, we don't need a crash. That might spell the forever doom of cryptocurrency. If we experience a total crypto crash at this moment, crypto will only become a thing of the past, probably judged as one of the largest trend in financial history, reaching billions in value, that came out as a mere bubble. We do not want that to happen. What we need is a strong information drive to all the people, crypto supporter or not. And some government-backed laws that would penalize gravely such scammers.

Personally, I do not invest a penny in the ICO. It is for the reasons that you have indicated. A good alternative is to invest in the top 10 cryptocurrencies, including BTC and ETH.

Agree with your opinion. Constant exchanges are made every day. There are many exchanges that are hired to implement the scam plans money of the investors. I participated in two scam exchanges, and that have lost a lot of ETH

That's right, the market is getting worse because of some rubbish ingredients, greed. I really hate those who are greedy for dirty money. Money is a necessity in life but do not let them control our people!

Competition is good. Imagine we had 2-3 exchanges. They could charge whatever they want to get projects listed, as well as charging exorbitant transaction fees.

There is no perfect community. Its like ying and yang every good there is a bad and every bad there is a good, So if haven't scammer there is haven't being scammed. People can only build the ico if that any project without fundraiser that project not exist because there is not fund and no people want to invest.

Scammers would and could use any kind of crypto to do their scamming. Now if there was a developer scamming the people that invested in the project then that would be a different situation.

Current conditions show that most of the ICO is Scams. but I do not agree with you if the developers are making the project a scam. because there's so much we can get with the Crypto World. Many people who enter into this ICO because of the promised benefits.

Yes, I do Agree with you regarding all the Scam ICO's out there which ruin out precious time in Bitcointalk forum. But as you see it ain't a smooth road to success. These kind of small-time scams are lessons that we have to learn that fooling us by showing great dreams that a particular ICO has some kind of potential in it and let us invest in it and advertise for them and later scamming us. This is how it works. and I also do believe that these scammers are also part of the game and also they are being smart over here with their effort in this run of being rich in this cryptocurrency field. So, basically, it is better we put small time effort in researching about the particular cryptocurrency regarding its potential and later invest in it. But, few of the ICO's like Ripple, Neo, Cardano are pretty well built in this market. So, be smart, play well and earn well.
