Hello

I tried with BTCGuild and does not work.

Marto please could you tell me that I have to test?

I'm using a 700W PC power and the LEDs on the S-hash light.

I can access over the network to configure the pools.

But is held at zero and do not work ...

Any idea??

Please urgent, time is money ...

thanks

Fill in abc123 in the password field and try again. The password needs to have a value, it just doesn't matter what value.

I am selling in stock OneStringMiner boards, based on the Bitfury chips. Have a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495536.0

This led is OFF on may shash  Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

That LED indicates data on the USB interface, and is only valid when the USB cable is plugged in. It's not important for hashing.

you dont need to scream... There are plenty of people willing to help you, right here on the forums. You probably just did something wrong while installing. Most of the delivered boards are reported working.

You tried one pool?

on the you have filled in all 4 lines and again you used 3 times the same server ...

you should NOT use  eu-stratum.btcguild.com 3 times only once.

There is No benifit in using the same server multiple times with different user.

Just start off with one pool,  eu-stratum.btcguild.com, one user and NO PASS.

Make sure all the field are empty (no spaces tab ....). Ports are set to 0 in the pools i don't use.

if it doesn't work try reset and start over.

There's no harm in filling in the same pool more than once.

You can get debug information from the S-HASH board by connecting USB connector to a PC.

You'll need a PC driver for virtual COM port for FT230x. If you have Win7, the OS will get the driver automatically (just wait a few minutes). Otherwise you can download driver from manufacturer: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

After installing driver, download TeraTerm program: http://logmett.com/index.php?/download/tera-term-479-freeware.html

In TeraTerm, open serial connection to USB virtual COM port from S-HASH, and set baudrate to 115200.

Reset the board, and you should get debug information in Teraterm screen.

Paste the output to forum (if not too long), or PM to me.

Thanks to this test, I just had to connect the usb and started to work.

It's as if frozen, but revived when I connected usb and tera term.

Thanks to all for the help.

Special thanks to Cscape

PD: There were no errors or in the pools or users or passwords.

All that was good ...

I tried with BFGminer en APIHID it's recognised but, it said it worked for a second but then failed on SPI ...

So i guess its not working on raspi ATM.

Ah that dreaded Search function Smiley

Copy-paste from just two pages ago:

I'm guessing Marto74 may provide some additional instructions so in the mean time that could be a good start:

Sample usage instructions:

Get the latest BFGMINER - e.g. from this link: http://luke.dashjr.org/tmp/code/webisect/webisect.php?dobuild=bfgminer

I did my tests with this version:
http://luke.dashjr.org/tmp/code/webisect/wr/6e770d6c7c3ffbca03c4a1eaf25cfafc77542fc4-win32.zip
http://luke.dashjr.org/tmp/code/webisect/wr/6e770d6c7c3ffbca03c4a1eaf25cfafc77542fc4-win64.zip

sample command line:
bfgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://mint.bitminter.com:3333 -u vs3_nanofury1 -p nanofury1 -G -S all --set-device NFY:osc6_bits=52

The last parameter overwrites the speed bits. A note of caution - the "safe" speed is around 50 bits, so anything over that will likely use more power than what the USB2.0 specs permit. No two chips are the same, so the upper limit will probably be different for each device. On my devices it was around 52-54.
Two things have been happening with my devices when I go over the limit - 1) when they overheat hashrate drops significantly - like 0.3-0.5GH, and 2) if the hub can't provide enough power (and voltage drops below 3.6-3.8V) that just ruins the USB communication and the device appears to have disconnect - beware that the bitfury chip will still have enough power (it needs 1V) and will continue to work even though the PC doesn't "see" the device, so you'll need to unplug it and plug it back in.

Please be careful when handling them - THEY WILL BE HOT!!! and especially even more if you push them. DO NOT TOUCH THE HEATSINKS when they work - heatsinks may reach over 80C!

As for RasPI - I've seen several people mention that they have had troubles making it run on RasPi. I personally don't yet know if it works there or not - I purchased one the other day and will test as soon as I get it in my hands (possibly early next week). Symptoms so far suggest that initial communication happens fine, but then once the chip starts mining (and using all that power) something happens and communication goes away - so it might be something as simple as not enough power (for either the device or it could be also for the raspi - especially if it gets powered via the hub)
