Technobit acts not trustworthy!

I had ordered on 2013-11-222 and payment through bankwire transfer  was accepted on 2013-11-25
Delivery was planed for 2nd week of December 2013

I tried to contact Technobit through their homepage a few times - whitout any reaction.
Here in the forum i contacted "Marto74".
When i was lucky to get an answer, it was like: "I'll check this in the morning" or "Will try to ship in the next 2 days"
But nothing happened!

Last week, when i asked Marto another time for shipping, he offered me refund and i sent him my paypal Address and proof of my ownership of Bank account:

Payment was through bank wire transfere - so here is my proof of ownership of the bank account.

I think you have to give us a few answers.
Escaping from it without facing all these problems will fuck your trustness here as a producer, as a vendor and as a person.

We gave you money, and me and my friends (I'm sure you have realized that I'm not alone here in running our rig) are not new to legal action against non-serious people, even international ones.

I don't want to start this kind of fight, and I'm sure all the others don't want it too, but you have to provide answers, refunds, and shipments FAST.
This is one of the main forums on this stuff, screwing here means screwing your market.

I'm sure you're pretty smart to understand what we're all saying.

I'm still waiting for your replace product (as agreed), and related tracking code.

Thats the Problem of people who can't read.
Only a few customers got his nanofurys. I'am also waiting for mine.
Marto is doing his best to produce and send them out.
In past everyone got his miner from Technobit! And you can't speed it up with this sensless comments.

And it helps nobody if you post your nanfury probs in the s-hash thread...

I am not pro for the above, however am feeling the urge to join in.

Its time for real promises and actions.

I am not going to write this in big letters, but i am also not happy with technobit.eu.

i ordered on 22.11.2013 25 nanofuries, payment was sent through bankwire transfer and was acceptet by Technobit.eu on 25.11.2013.

Delivery should have been in the 2nd week of December 2013 - but still not shipped.

After writing to their support(team) - without any reaction, i contacted Martin here in the forum.

His reactions were:

On 5.12.2013 (Because the order was already marked as shipped with another order, but canceld on speedy.bg):

wanted just to ask about NRHALGFHZ order status.
asked through web page but no answer, just checking if marto answers here.

also wanted to ask that why the new coincraft A1 are build on january/february 10/end of february?
why not close older paid orders so would receive those on time?
(wanted to order these new, but understand i need my old orders fulfilled on time first).

if you have components etc to build the coincraft A1 (and problems with my order parts) -> , please see my request on my account to change from my order to this new model.
