my boards were marked as shipped before they were even built.  

Marto, your product is really very good indeed its just a shame the customer service aspect lets it down.  I understand you guys are under a pressure to get these out, but please try and resolve your communication issues.

my s hash boards have been going without issue since i received them. non stop. such a great product.

Communication is almost non-existent

it was approximately a month between technobit saying it was dispatched and it actually being dispatched.  It was in testing for about a week.

Does anyone know how to change the pool management strategy on these? They seem to switch pools somewhat randomly and there is no real interface to control them besides the web one that just has firmware flash and pool info. Also, is anyone actually getting 40Gh/s on these??

What firmware version are you using ? Some versions didn't have very good pool management. Latest version (0.1.10) works a lot better.

I get 39.8GH average on one of my boards (1 chips is almost half the speed)  and over 41GH on the other 2. No overclocking done yet.

I still do not have the miners, technobit does not repond or verry late.

I still do not have my two USB miners

My packes was reported shiped and was not tracebol trow site of technot bit.
on 18 1 get quick respons with tracking url.
It says parcel deliverd, i reported it was not, i got respons that he will send a letter to transporter.

I mailed technobit on 26-11 no respons
I mailed them today again.

But i think i won't get a respons het al, and my order is LOST, no money back, no miners.

No way to get money back or miners.
Because i reported a dispute earlyer because techno bit dit not respond, and i closed them because they finaly told me ship time that was of bye 2 weeks bye the way.

But i can't reopend or open new dispute with paypal i will contact i gues because of this

Technobit apparently claimed that 24/7 email support have that is not true. It is very bad reaction time to mail or NOT at all.

Provide the info requeste a week ago or send my 2 miners or do a refund.

Does anyone know if cscapes firmware will work on these, or where it can be found? This ~36Gh/s per unit while it runs super cool leaves a lot of room for improvement. The Bitburner Furys I have, although poorer in quality, still manage to pull ~50Gh/s per board.
