Yes, this is correct way to act.

Deliver junk to customer it is not fault of customer.  Deliver late to customer is not fault of customer.  Customer should not lose all because Black Arrow has failed.

I think Alex is criminal who does not care.  Wants only money.  Take it, keep it.  Knows only greed.  Reports say he make credit card fraud in past before this company.  I do not see Black Arrow ever say this is not true, so I think it is.

If it is true that he did this credit card fraud I think he is only now doing new scheme.  Same man.  Same brain.  New tricks only, same result.

you are right, they don't need to keep a good name in order to sell future hardware.
they are done and they don't care.
they just want to scam more money from people.
like those 100.000+ dollar items in the webshop.

im wating more than a year, they even got me to buy 5 psu's for 400$
wich are useless, as the x1 will be x1,5.

That goes to Detective Investigation Team 3 of Wan Chai Police Station, which is handling the Black Arrow case.

You can also file a complaint with the Hong Kong Consumer Council at https://www.consumer.org.hk/cc-complaint/index.php?lang=en
They can't do anything but forward the complaint to BA in your name, but they make an official record of it, so it's on the books if it ever comes up (much like the FTC in BFL's case).

Yes and can also file court case on moneyclaim in UK.  BA is UK company.  I know of someone who is doing this.  Court date is set.  He says BA is to appear in the court.  I am putting in complaint on moneyclaim now.  Win or lose I do not care.  This thief company must go to court.  tell to court their bullshit.

is this also possible if I paid with BTC?

Only upside to the whole debacle for me is I paid in BTC when it was near the high. It was my way of taking some profits. lol

Obviously, never received anything and my last email asking about delivery was not replied to. I should've known better, I did know better, but... lizard brain took over.

This was the same week I decided not to sell any LTC when it was in the high 30s, and order from Alpha Tech too. Its been a rough year to say the least.  Undecided

Hubris ladies and gentlemen. Pure hubris. Take a look in the mirror people, thats who you should direct your anger towards.

i think your company is everything but solid&professional. why didnt you inform your customers who preordered hosted stuff via email about its availability?

Yup - no matter how you slice it, if you ordered from BA, you wound up with a shit sandwich.
