Yes I think that Bitcoin will remain the most dominant coin both long term and short term.No other coin will be able to take it's place.Bitcoin is the first ever cryptocurrency and is like the king of the market.It has the ability to affect the entire market in a good as well as in a bad way.So yes Bitcoin will always remain the dominant one out of all other cryptocurrencies.

I think bitcoin will remain dominant many more years from now on. But possible after many years a new coin will be place 1, maybe after 10-20 years, who knows? Most of people who are in crypto buy or hold more bitcoins because it proofs is a legit and secure coins. And new people that come to crypto, join crypto because they hear about bitcoin.

It will remain dominant for some years atleast considering the next altcoin which is ETH is way back when you compare the price and the market cap. Considering this if ETH has to reach anywhere near also will have to rise a lot in next few years which can help to overtake the BTC.
