Both Ripple and Litecoin has been doing greatly in the market of late with litecoin even outperforming other digital currencies at some point.

between the two, which one would you invest in and why?
Ripple vs Litecoin, I obviously support Litecoin. A few days ago ripple rice arisen at 3.80$, then I buy some ripple with my cash but now ripple is around 1.60$, it is a matter of great loss,.. So I support ripple the best.

Ripple has Billions of coins because it is created by Banks for their own transactions.
One should not expect Ripple to go very high in value. If you want to swing trade, then buy when around a dollar and sell if it goes to three.
Litecoin only has four times the coins that BTC does and more utility.
Much better for the Long and better for the community.
The mainstream press will push Ripple because they are in the club essentially working for the same people.
It can be useful to trade the swings to increase your portfolio but I will never trust XRP with much of my own.

Id go for ripple if my investment plans are sort term, with the kind of financial backing it will get from its new investors, i think its value will be on the rise soon. what im not sure of is whether after the rise, the rise will be stable as it tends to fluctuate.  For longterm plans, litecoin is the way to go, it grows slowly but in a very sable manner.

ripple and litecoin are the top altcoin and potentially in terms of profit.
but I think ripples are better, because now ripples are running some progress to improve their network.
but I'm more interested in other altcoins like altcoin that just escaped from ico, usually cheap and can generate profits in the next few months.

I hold both coins and Ripple is the one I am constantly debating on whether or not to get rid off, which is why I would say Litecoin. The only reason why I keep hodling my Ripple is because I purchased it when it was in the USD 0.20 something range, so it wasn't a huge amount of money invested (I just don't see it as reaching a price as high as LTC might).

For me Litecoin, because of one of the largest cryptocurrency and this token has been already sold off its share to the market. So that Litecoin has created the largest platform in the blockchain system. Not only that but also Litecoin price value is increasing day by day and it's becoming a popular currency in different ICO. that's why I invested some amount of money in this platform.

Putting the centralized argument aside. I would argue the Litecoin has more value through its utility, Its almost as if nobody noticed it. But in the end, it about the exit price.
Litecoin is one of the coins that I like. because Litecoin is very good price and many are interested. although Litecoin has recently declined, I'm sure this will not last long.

Ripple. It's the most advance and most professional crypto project out there, with good news coming almost every day.

I will definitely choose the LTC project because I do not like the Ripple project because it is not a crypto currency, as many say, but it is also a product of multinational banks that use the Ripple project to deflate our precious crypto currency

It's evident most people support Litecoin, I too... just want to make a clarification, both LTC and XRP are cryptocurrencies, the concept of "cryptocurrency" limitates only to define a digital currency system, which bases its operations and financial functions in cryptographic algorithms. Otherwise... how are they useand and who control them, those are "third party" concepts.

Uuu... I think it's very hard question because you want to compare very high coin to very low. If you buy ripple then ripple need go up to 2$ and you will already have double money profit and ltc will need to raise like 200$ high. I think better is xrp to buy just right now since it's cheap. ltc is too high now.

I think Lightcoin will be better than Ripple, Lightcoin is a great platform. It is possible to get profit from it in a short time. I think you can get benefits by inventing it lightly.

If talking is worthy of course everything is worth to use investment. It's just that ripple is superior if my view because thus far the ripple already began to grow and a lot of changes as well as cooperation with the various parties will certainly make the ripple increasingly have high prices and promises to future investment.

I will go for LiteCoin as it's not controlled by banks.
Remember Bitcoin came out in 2009 as a sort of protest to the 2008 subprime - wherein gov't and financial institutions are the reason for that financial meltdown.

I was interested in investing in both coins. if I was told to choose between the two I prefer Ripple. because Ripple coins are more stable than Litecoin. and its marketing is higher.

I would love to go for Ltc rather than Ripple, but the money required to secure lots of Ltc. Due to that, I can only secure a coin like Xrp which I know have some great potentials.

Ripple is like a wave
Up and down
Back and forth
I would not ripple

Litecoin is weak but stronger compared to ripple
Litecoin is at least a coin.
Ripple is a wave or a chocolate in England
Its similar to flake. Ripple = flake (sounds like fake)
See what I mean?

Litecoin > ripple

I don’t know why people still support litecoin XD. Litecoin is nothing more than a hype. Its nothing more than a platform. It has no great partnerships and its pretty useless to solve any real word problems as XRP does. People are in litecoin just because they think its another bitcoin whereas the truth is litecoins sucks.

The technology , scalability and liquidity of XRP token is far ahead than what litecoin ever will be. People should start thinking logically. XRP>>>>LTC (truth).

Little confused here.
Can you elaborate how xrp is cheap when it is 10 times more expensive than ltc?
If i decide to buy all remaining xrp i would need to spent $54 Billion and only $ 5 Billion to buy remaining ltc.
not circulating 60900768804 * 0.9 = $54,810,691,923
not circulating      28476769 * 185 = $5,268,202,265
even btc is cheaper 4094488 * 10000 = $40,944,880,000

I have seen many up and downs in the ripple so i have to invest in the litecoin because of the profit motive and now the stability of this coin in the market impressed me and due to that i would like to invest in litecoin and to motivate our friends and relative from this good opportunity now the crypto market is showing a change and by this way the volatility matter in the crypto market for the present time bitcoin is very good and if we have this money we can become the large investors of this in the future.
