RIPPLE OR LITECOIN

I would choose Ripple, it offers very fast transactions and low fees. Litecoin is not recognized in some countries, user rights are not protected, etc.

Difficult to answer. Both coins are very interesting. But Ripple is so centralized.
I prefer Litcoin, Charlie Lee is very smart person and he sold all of his Litecoins because he wanted to decentralize the Litecoin . Very good decision.

I also if I have to choose between the two I prefer litecoin,

I think that both these coins are promising, but Litecoin recently stuck in place and no news about it is not heard. I think that is worth invest in Ripple, this coin I find more promising.

IMHO, two equally bad choices. Lightcoin is an absolutely unstable clone of bitcoin from the past, Ripple is an organization parasitizing on the cryptocurrency. From this it is better not to choose anything.
