Someone says Etherium will be no. 1 coin if Bitcoin die.

But, I don't think so.

If BTC die, there will be no more cryptocurrencies.

Maybe if there will be no more crypto like BTC Etherium will have a chance to replace bitcoin but that is so impossible because bitcoin is the number one famous currency in the world and its demanding value in the world of crypto. If ever Bitcoin will die there's a lot of competitive coins in the market and Etherium would be the number one to replace Bitcoin.

Why will you have this thinking? Bitcoin might be obselete in the long term due to more and more better coins coming out, however Etherum is still on par with the bitcoin and bitcoin might slowly be diminish and more coins will tap on Etherum without the need of bitcoin.

I think it will not happen ethereum also has its own power does not depend on Bitcoin even other cryptocurrency has its own price which is not pegged to Bitcoin price therefore if indeed someday Bitcoin will die then I am sure etherium who will replace the current position Bitcoin be king of all altcoin

Yes, I think it will not happen, but, if it happen, do you think ETH can alive? hmm...
Personally I think when bitcoin is erased, other currencies like ETH, ripple still do not exist. Bitcoin is the most powerful virtual currency in the world's virtual currency market. The virtual currency has a mutual interaction, does not exist separately. By the end of 2017 and early 2018, we see bitcoin prices dropping, dragging down other virtual currencies. this is resonance.

I don't think so that such accident can happen.
But unfortunately if such accident happen then surly all crypto will be die because bitcoin is the queen of all coins so if can't give any trust to users then how other coins can give.
But it is not possible that bitcoin can die in future but it will get excellent future
No, if bitcoin dies then the next rank will occupy. I believe that ethereum is the next most popular coin if the king will die as they say that bitcoin is the king and ethereum the queen, but its hard to happen because our world is fast innovating into its fullest digital world through an internet of all things so crypto plays a vital rules of that development in terms monetary system as the worlds universal medium of exchange.

I don't see why other cryptocurrencies will have to die if bitcoin dies. Ethereum for example is a stable coin and it's not affected by bitcoin's existence

not like what you say
I believe there's always someone to replace it if bitcoin dies. like cycles
but who is really sure bitcoin will die? Until now bitcoin has survived and is able to grow back even though rumors and restrictions are frequent.

Bitcoin dying is an impossible thing. But for the sake of argument, if bitcoin vanish, I think ETH can still live on its own. Yes, bitcoin is the largest cryptocurrency, but eth has its own share of thing.

It's doubtful that bitcoin will die but if it does something else will take its place. People will jump to eth because it has one of the next highest values.
Once the power of the people dictate what coin is going to be the most sought after it will make serious gains. If exchanges like coinbase were to list other coins we could see a serious shift in values.

Each digital coin exists on its own. All crypto-currencies have a price binding to bitcoin artificially, since new coins can not be immediately put on the market and exchanged directly in fiat. Therefore, if bitcoin disappears for some reason, the price binding can be made through other coins, for example, through ethereum.

Bitcoin has nothing to do with Ethereum..it's different the fundamentals of cryptocurrencies, even if bitcoin dies, the air can on the contrary to start life.BUT this is possible, because the basis of bitcoin cryptocurrency, if he dies, then most likely all currencies will die,

I don't think so.  Brcause for sure once bitcoin die not all cryptocurrency die because they are only base to the bitcoin price.  But they have altcoin for sure not base on the bitcoin price . Even all cryptocurrency die for sure they will create new so still continue our journey for sure.

I first off suggest that no listen to the advice of OP who can barely muster decent English.  Bitcoin is king, and does reign supreme but Ethereum as a comparison is not a good one.  Ethereum is made to build apps and projects on it's smart contract platform while bitcoin was created to be a payments system.

There are other Alts that have nothing to do with Bitcoin or ETH.  Take for instance IOTA which is geared solely for those companies whom are in the Internet of Things sector ( a baby Goliath of a sector just getting started), or GameCredits for example which is geared simply for the gaming community.  There are Alts that will live on whether Bitcoin does or not ( I do believe Bitcoin will for the record).

I don't think so, other cryptocurrencies don't depend on BTC, its just   a market leader but does not link to the other digital coins that much. If block chain dies however, be worried.

Well, I think its a gameover if bitcoin will die. Because almost all altcoins is bitcoin dependent. Like in my local country exchanger, only bitcoin and our traditional currency conversion is allowable. We need to convert altcoin to bitcoin first before we may able to use it for some stuffs. So, I conclude that altcoin is useless and worthless without bitcoin.

Disagree I think then a new coin would rise to number one spot and all coins would be paired with that one. Whether that be ETH, XRP, or XMR crypto would still be alive and well the only difference missing the legendary coin that started it all. Would be weird, but life would go on as it always has.

You are right about the market. Altcoins prices are depend on bitcoin. But this might change in future. Some altcoins can become such popular that there is no need to convert them to bitcoin first. I personally believe that there is a high probability that an altcoin replaces bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are alive too.

Ethereum or other coins will not die if the bitcoin dies. although the parent bitcoin of all types of altcoin. But if the internet network to death, all associated with the Internet network will surely die.

I don't think that will bitcoin came die, yes there are so many speculation that someone saying its bubble that one day it came die or it came zero value i don't think it will happen because we know that bitcoin is the number one cryptocurrency. Some other coins value was depending always in bitcoin like a few months bitcoin was in the red mark and as we see also all the coins was follow it they also in red mark so it means the value of other coins was depending in the market of bitcoin so it will never die.
