@Entropy-uc: I think they're Klondikes, he said Steamboat built them. There's a link to the vid right below the screencap.

^Because the mods are holding teh bag of dicks that they want to unload on bigger idiots What are those? Ant miners? ""Our existing hardware assets from AMC liquidation 6 Avalon miners, currently running on BTC Guild under "Team AMC" for around 430 GH/s; An order of Avalon chips from steamboat's batch #1, for 68 Klondike-16 boards, rated at 68*16*282 = 307 GH/s; An order of 20,000 Avalon chips (end of May and beginging of June orders), for a combined hashrate of 20,000*282 = 5,640 GH/s. In total, around 6,377 GH/s, expected to be fully operational in the middle of August." taken from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=252531.msg2685502#msg2685502 July 08, 2013, 10:46:58 PM he has had this hashrate for a looooong time already - and it disturbs me that it is made to sound like having hashrate on the btcguild team is game-changer

Zumzero and the fuckwit mods are now trying to convince people that these "ASICS" are ActM's own despite Ken claiming otherwise. Anyone who posts information pointing this out will have it deleted, even though they are direct quotes from Ken. Chips What is going on with the development of our own chips? Can you share details of what is going on with this? We need more information about what is the progress we have made so far and what we plan to accomplish the next few months. Please share as much information as you can.
We are still working on development of our own chip. Yes, fuckiwits that clearly means these are ActM ASICs. If Ken is to be believed, which he shouldn't be if you have any sense, then all signs point to them being HashFast chips. I will be in California this next week and I am expecting to announce some really good news next week.
HashFast Technologies 100 Bush St, Suite 650 San Francisco, CA 94103 Again, to Zumzero and the fuckwit gang, this is a clear indication of these chips being ActM's own. And they're not delusional, honest!

Obviously they aren't ACTM chips, we know this.
EDIT: Not a mod of that thread.

It's pretty sickening having to watch people begging ken for a snapshot of devices that are supposedly shipping *right now*, and being ignored. What possible reason other than sadism could there be behind that?

They may not exist at all. AMC could have bought the miners off VMC ("we've sold out"), then AMC gives the miners back to VMC ("we can't mine until power sorted so we'll sell the rest"). Now people think, "These must be good, the first 100 sold like hotcakes" and Ken sells more hot air.

^moreover, if a few hundred were actually sold, it might give ken enough money to run off laughing to warmer climates.
no photo, no custom chip (FH-1 is not the ACTM 28nm chip), no clue how the hardware looks or works.
oh, and it doesnt bother to ship with any form of cooling - I dont have any immediate issues with this, but its unprofessional and potentially leaves the chip surface open to damage by poor user installation. (oh, and no warrenty whatsoever - I would hate to be the guy that gets a unit that was 'tested' but when VMC removed the test heatsink left damage).
the lack of warranty on an item that clearly requires some advanced assembly (polishing and mounting a heatsink) is appalling IMO. no other industry would ever try that stunt.

Well spotted, but it was blatantly obvious anyway. Ken goes to California, comes back and announces chips. HashFast are in California. This pretty much confirms it beyond a shadow of a doubt though. Not even Zumzero could deny such evidence. My posts were deleted and then I got banned from the official thread for posting that the chips are clearly HashFast. Tell those cunts they owe me an apology!

Looks like I was wrong about Zumzero, he's still trying to fool people into believing these are ActM chips, the scummy little fucker. Good find. It's undeniable there are similarities here and it's likely that a template has been created but this doesn't means the chips are HASH-FAST. Just look at the Nutritional Facts label on a can of tomatoes and a can of beans, similar, but we all know the difference. They owe us one anyway for copying our name in the first place!
