Can Blockchain Survive Without Bitcoin

Bitcoin is better due to the advancement of the blockchain technology. I believe the question should have been asked in the opposite direction. Blockchain is a technology that is meant to add value to how transactions are done in world of cryptocurrencies.

I think it’s rather a hgood Blockchain that’s the backbone and it’s that bitcoin wouldn’t really survive without it no wonder almost every institution and countries are now adopting it.

Blockchain doesn't need Bitcoin to run. To my knowledge Blockchain was invented by Satoshi Nakamoto to use the principle of cryptocurrency Bitcoin. And now a lot of coins have emerged using this technology. Surely it was invented only for Bitcoin but nowadays it is used in various aspects beside cryptocurrency. Like tracking refugees, creating financial avenues, preventing voter fraud and so on.

Im not sure about it because many people said that if bitcoin gonna die all crypto currency will also died. So if theres no currency how can the blochchain use?

yes, I think blockchain always survive if without bitcoin, because blockchain is like a push engine. and bitcoin being machine-driven objects.

but bitcoin will not work without blockchain, meaning that bitcoin will survive because of the blockchain system.

I think yes. Technically speaking, there are better and faster cryptocurrencies than bitcoin. It's the blockchain technology that counts, not any particular coin. So, yes, it's possible for some other well established coin to replace btc in the long run. But that's not happening anytime soon.

Yes it can survive the blockchain without the bitcoin they have probability that they have another coin that replace in blockchain to show the transaction but bitcoin will not survive without blockchain it can use to money laundry so the bitcoin industry will do anything to stop bitcoin.

I think blockchain can be used in many different areas, not just bitcoin. This system can exist without depending on bitcoin. But I think it's best to use blockchain in bitcoin. The electronic currency is applying the Blockchain technology that one of the typical applications. Although many people are misunderstanding that Blockchain is considered Bitcoin, in fact, Bitcoin is only the first application running on the Blockchain system.

Yes. Blockchain will be here for the long term. The technology has proved itself to work decentralised. Being decentralised it has achieved something that many before have failed doing. Once the financial institutions have put it to the test and then the institutions see the full capacity of what blockchain can do for them.

I agree.There are really good potential coins that are newly introduced in the crypto market but i believe bitcoin is still the best crypto coin ever created.However blockchain technology will be able to survive even without bitcoin since people nowdays are already smart enough to invest in blockchain technology alone.

Well, now many business forms are developed on the Blockchain platform, so not only BTC, BTC is only the first virtual currency developed on Blockchain. Assuming the BTC is gone, Blockchain is still alive and developing around the world.
