Blockchain Technology was driven to fame by its application on Bitcoin Gold due to its encryption that has been considered hacker proof. Bitcoin has been used as a reference to its success, providing a secure network for users.

The question however is, can blockchain succeed without bitcoin?

My opinon, it can. Bitcoin is decentralized and does not affect other blockchain projects. Perhaps one day bitcoin will be a thing of the past but technology will remain.

I think blockchain can survive without bitcoin, Why because blockchain build to any app can transact to other cryptos. We know that BTC can affect blockchain if they have no support or downfall of bitcoin but blockchain indeed can survive without bitcoin thats i knew about it.

Yes, its not only bitcoin that uses blockchain technology but there are many others coin. While blockchain are mostly decentralized there are also not. Like XLM for example. Also there are many distributed Ledger technology out there .

Yes, because as I know bitcoin is created by using block chain so block chain is the first one ever created before bitcoin, and as of now there are a lot of things/project upcoming and rising using the blockchain technology. Block chain is the main foundation in all coins/tokens and altcoins.

For me blockchain survive without bitcoin because many coins can replace if the bitcoin will dead so blockchain needs also in other coins because i think blockchain is the first to creat so that we can transact our coins to sell.

Of course it will, bitcoin is more like the marketing for blockchain technology which exist even before bitcoin was founded. Although bitcoin did a lot of promotion for the achievement right now, blockchain will still exist and thrive even without bitcoin in the first place, its more like a car will still exist even without any advertisement to promote it as long as the car serve a purpose for the mass 

Block chain will survive and it will live forever. You should not worried about it. Its just a platform where bitcoin technology doing marketing on it. Block chain isn't based on bitcoin its just helping it. I would like to say bitcoin helps a lot for block chain. Most of internet users are now aware about this technology. There's a lot of projects are in future and will work with block chain. Even if bitcoin dead there's still two coins ETH and BTCash to look out for.

Though block chain is Avery big crypto wallet and like almost all crypto transactions takes place in the block chain so we can say that block chain technology doesn’t completely depends on bitcoin only but still there is a lot that depends on bitcoin only, bitcoin is a very huge crypto currency among all and yes we can say one thing for very sure that not entirely but still almost block chain technology depends on bitcoin only and I personally think that it could not survive without bitcoin.

Maybe it could, but there must be chaos when blockchain without bitcoin. Because I think bitcoin is already part of blockchain. Because bitcoin prices that hold the market may be chaos.

 I think the Bitcoin never would be replaced or outdated or other kind of beat by another cryptocurrency, the only thing that can be possible, is when bitcoin will lose their price, and some other cryptocurrency will be on the first place.

I think it could be ,because all of the token now or as we know is crypto is using blockchain now,so if the bitcoin will gone ,there still a chance that many of those token will still alive.

Bitcoin was built on blockchain technology, and that's the least that could be done on this technology. Blockchain in the future will be no less large than the Internet, cars, planes, etc. In the future we will tell ourselves how we could live without it.
